Prompt 25: In The Rain

Ladybug sitting on the rooftops of the Jardins du Trocadéro alone. She was thinking about a lot of things in her mind: school, friends, guardian duty,....

She feels so stressful and just want to relax so she come to the rooftop and stared at the Eiffel Tower.

She opens her yo-yo to check the time and notice the clouds turned grey and is getting thicker.

'Looks like is gotta rain soon.' Ladybug thought as looks up at the sky.

Then a raindrop fall on a her yo-yo then more dropping.

It started raining and Ladybug still standing on the rooftop soaking wet.

But she didn't mind much though she wished she bought an umbrella with her or check the weather before come out here.

She closed her yo-yo then raised her head to the sky. Let the rain hit her face.

"It felt so nice!" She said then she closed her eyes and smiled. Like all her stress just washed away with the rain.

Then she don't feel the raindrops falling on her face anymore.

Did it stop raining? But she can still hear the rain falling.

She opens her eyes to see she had an umbrella hung over her head, protect her from the rain.

She turns around to see her partner Catnoir. His backside is getting wet cus he was holding his umbrella (which was his staff) to her.

"Hey Kitty! What are you doing here?" She stand closer to him so that his back won't get wet.

"I was gotta ask you that question M'lady but you beat me to it." Cat chuckled. "I was on a random rooftop eating some croissants then suddenly it started raining so I rushed to get home but on my way I saw you standing under the rain I get worried, so here I am!" Ladybug snickered at his story. 'He ate croissants on the rooftop?'

"What about you? Why are you still out here under the rain?" He asked her a little worried.

"I came out here to relax and watch the view then it started raining and the rain felt good so I stand here for a b- Achooo!" She suddenly sneezed luckily not at him.

"Oh! You better get home or else you will catch a cold!" He said concerned for her.

"Okay sorry for making you worry!" She said then glanced behind him to see a bunce of tiny rain puddles started to form on the rooftop. She then smirked at him.

"Have you ever play in puddles before?" She asked.

"I used to when I was little. Why?" Ladybug tooks his hand then looks at him playfully.

"Wanna do it again? With me?" Catnoir stared at her blue eyes as she asked him. He can't say no to those eyes.

"Ummm Idk." He hesitated.

"What wrong? Is the great Catnoir scare of getting wet like a real cat? She said then laughed.

"Scared?!" He surprised then took her hand.

Five minutes later, the duo are now playing and dancing under the rain, laughing happily. With Catnoir's umbrella on the ground.

The next day at school.

"What? Marinette can't come to school today!" Mylene shocked as Alya just told the news.

"Yeah she just called me this morning. Apparently she catch a cold yesterday." Alya sat down at her seat.

"Huh? Adrien just texted me saying he can't come to school cuz he catch a cold as well." Nino shown his phone to his girlfriend, the class were all surprised to hear both of their friends are sick.

"And is not even cold season." Nino sits down next to his girlfriend.

"Let's hope they get well soon!" Alya said to the class.

At the same time at Adrien bedroom. Adrien sneezed and Plagg give him a tissue.

He thought about that day with Ladybug and he smiled.

"It was worth it!"

"Teenagers." Plagg mumbled.
