I can love myself

"How do you feel at 27?" Piero asked as he joined me in bed
I placed my phone down and then looked at him
"Like at 26" I said as he laughed softly
Piero pulled me closer and then wrapped his arms around my waist
"Do you have any plans for tomorrow?" He asked as I turned around and looked at him
"Why?" I asked as he smiled softly
"I was thinking about going out" Piero said as I smiled softly
"You wanna take me out?" I asked as I approached him
"Of course I do~" He said as I smiled
I took off his glasses and placed them on the nightstand
"I would love to" I said as I moved my hair out of the way and then kissed him
Piero kissed me back and well, I'm not going to tell you what happened next

The next day came and I woke up really late, around 1 p.m cuz I didn't feel like doing anything today
I was scrolling through my phone and saw a text from Piero saying that he had a surprise for me
I read the entire text with a smile on my face
I got up and went to the bathroom to take a shower,as I was looking at myself I couldn't help but notice how long my hair is
I played with it and then saw that my natural hair color was showing
"I should dye my hair again" I said as I grabbed my phone and called Piero
"Sì amore?" Piero answered right away and I smiled
"Do you have a minute?" I asked as I heard Piero walking away
"I have all the time for you" He said as I smiled
"Can I use your credit card to go and buy some hair dye?" I asked
"Sure but I think I have some cash in my nightstand, you can use that" He said as I walked back in our room and then looked for the money
"You have 600 here, how much can I take?" I asked as I was counting the money again
"How much you need" Piero said as I smiled
"Grazie amore" I said as I put the money down
"Anything for you, I'll see you later, ok?" Piero answered
"Sure! You'll have a nice surprise" I said as Piero giggled
"You too" He said as I took my phone away from my ear
"Love you" I said
"Ti amo di più" He said as I smiled and then hang up
I went back to the bathroom and then looked at my hair
I moved it in many directions and then finally decided how much dye I'll need
I put my jogging clothes on and catch my hair up in a bun and went for a run to the beauty salon
After I got all the things I needed I went back home and started to work on my hair
I mixed up all the 3 hair dyes I got and completely covered up my hair with it
I secured it with a hair clip and then started to clean my face and my neck for the dye
Then I set up a timer for an hour and a half

After the timer was done I hopped in the shower and spent a good hour in it
I did all the work I could possibly think of to look like I was 18 again and when I got out of the shower, I did some skincare and then styled my hair with some curlers
"I don't need no man to take care of me, I only need them to keep me happy" I thought as I applied a face mask
"I can love myself" I said softly
