Naruto looked at the sight of the beach in front of him, feeling the soothing breeze and the smell of salt water, Naruto smile warmly at the feeling of the sand on his feet. When the summer break broke out, the Kudou's bring him and Shinichi to the beach. They also bring Ran with them since her parents were busy with their work.

Even though it was a family vacation, Yusaku had to force himself to hold up in the hotel room to finish his manuscript before it's deadline and thus, Yukiko is the one that had to look after three children by herself.

They had been doing fine and stay together when after they have lunch, Yukiko and Naruto lost sight of Shinichi and Ran when they come back from the restroom. And thus, the two had no choice to split up to find them before something happened.

Naruto tried to sense his brother's spiritual energy when he heard his brother voice claiming on something and the shriek of laughter was heard near him. When the blond goes to where he heard him, he was meet at the sight of his brother being ganged by three adults men and Naruto can felt the ill intent from the three.

Naruto blue eyes narrowed when one of them put their hand on Shinichi's head, messing with his hair. Seeing that his brother has caught into trouble, he hurriedly goes to his aid only for a man wearing a black cap and sun glasses covering his face stepping forward, threatening the man with a finger jab, one that he recognize as a move from material art name Jeet Kune Do. The jinchuriki watched how the man scared those men away and made them run away like a headless chicken.

Naruto was relieved when seeing his brother safe and it was thanks to the man for protecting him. "Shinichi!" he shouted and run after his brother. Shinichi turned to him when he heard his name being called and saw his brother running toward him, "Nii-san!"

Naruto huffed for a quick breath and look at his brother, "Didn't mom said don't wandering around on your own? I'll already saw what happened earlier. You really like find trouble sometimes." He shook his head inevitably and then turned to the man that help his brother, "Thank you mister for protecting my brother. And the finger jab that you have use before is really cool!" he stated in gratitude.

The man raised his brow in interest, "Oh, boy. You know the name of the move that I'd used earlier?" he questioned, intrigue. Naruto nodded, "It was the move from Jeet Kune Do, right? I have read about it."

Masumi face lit up when she got to know what skill her elder brother do to scared those men before and her mind keep repeating how cool he is.

The man smirked, looking at the boy with interest. "Heh. Boy, what's your name?"

Naruto tilted his head at the man casually, "Naruto. Kudou Naruto. And you are?"

The man give the boy his cool smirk, "Akai Shuichi."

Naruto nodded politely at the man, "It was nice to meet you, Akai-san."

Shuichi nodded back, "You too, Naruto-kun. Sorry, but can you three play with my little sister? She's looking to make some friends." he said while patting Naruto's head.
