Tighnari paused his trek to Port Ormos when he saw what looked like a singed area of grass not too far ahead. Feeling his heartrate quicken, he hurried over to inspect it, hoping it wasn't what he thought it was.

He knew Cyno had already confirmed that you and him made it safely to the port, but he hadn't mentioned anything about an altercation outside it. So if this really was from you, then it had likely happened after Cyno lost track of you, and that worried him even more.

He knelt to the ground now, looking over the burn marks and trampled patches of grass. The fire that had once raged here was long gone now, but there were still plenty signs of a struggle, proving that a fight had definitely taken place. Worse yet, just from looking at the intensity of the burnt grass, he guessed it was from you.

Still, he checked it over with his elemental sight, only confirming his own fears. The fire here had definitely come from you fighting, but you were nowhere to be found now.

He studied the surrounding are some more, where it looked like whoever you'd been fighting had limped away in the end. Traces of anemo followed their path of trampled plants, leading to believe your little scuffle had most likely been against the wanderer. But luckily, it seemed like you'd gotten away safely too, because your traces of pyro led back towards the port, along with hints of hydro.

He hoped that meant Nilou was with you. If you'd already at least reunited with her, then he could relax a little.

Standing now, he began making his way towards the entrance, hoping the two of you hadn't gotten far yet and that he could maybe catch up. That, or he would have to find Cyno and figure out what to do with his help.

Once he reached the entrance, where he could still see huge crowd's of people, despite the fact that it was getting later in the day, your elemental traces started to die down. It was probably because there was so much going on in the area, but it made him curse under his breath as he looked around for you some more.

You'd most definitely gone into the port, but he just hoped you were safe. Maybe you had a plan he wasn't aware of yet, but either way, he knew he probably should have sent another letter to Cyno or Nilou confirming that he was in the port now.

Regardless, he made his way into the crowd, trying to ignore how much the loud noises hurt his sensitive ears. It felt like knives were being dug into them, but he was determined to find at least one of you here. He'd come all this way, after all.

It was hard getting through all the people, and the overwhelming sights and sounds made finding you an even more difficult task. At some point, he gave up trying to look for you amongst them and decided to head upstairs instead. An aerial view might give him a chance at finding you, at least.

So he went up to the second level, looking out over the edge for any signs of you or Nilou. Despite the fact that her bright red hair should have made you both easy to spot, you didn't seem to be anywhere.

He stayed up there for ten minutes just searching through the crowd, but to no avail. He was about to give up and head back downstairs when he finally noticed something that made his blood run cold.

Dottore was in the port. He was moving amongst the crowd, clearly looking for something as many of the other fatui followed behind. Many of the people didn't seem to know who he was, but Tighnari could have recognized the harbinger anywhere. His fists clenched, wanting to jump down right then and there and just attack the man.

But he also knew how strong Dottore was, and that doing so without any backup would be a stupid idea, so he stayed put anyway.

With every move the man made; every smirk and smile, he felt his blood boil even more. This harbinger was responsible for so much pain, and now here he was, waltzing around the port like he owned the place. Not only that, but he'd hurt both you and Collei so bad in the past, and he was still after you.
