"Best of luck, Gabriella and Axel." Both Agent Luna and Agent Willow have given their best of luck through their intercoms. She had to keep herself together considering it would blow her cover. They were pretending to be a couple who has planned to put on a partnership with their company.
"Are you alright, Gab? You look a little pale." Mark stated while she nodded at him as he held onto her hand.
"We would be alright, Gab. You do not have to worry that much, my sweets." He continued while she nodded trying to hide her anxiety from everyone else.
"We have to trust ourselves on this trip, Axel," Leigh stated while he nodded at her with a soft smile. She knows that she can go through this mission without any worry but she has spent her entire career being the logical side and the gray woman from the CIA. Right now, she could not help but to endanger her husband and everything she has.
Their entire flight to Spain was spent with her being constantly anxious while Mark held her hands as she managed to be as calm as possible.
After, arriving and settling, they have saw a poster with their undercover names as they moved on to the car for them to settle onto their hotel room.
"If I almost die in this meeting then I would not hesitate to quit. I do not want to die like some \spies, Axel." Leigh stated while checking the entire room for hidden cameras after checking, she opened her luggage. She could not help but to worry, she was nervous about this mission while she put their attire's on the bathroom as she steams the clothing's.
"I have never seen you this nervous, Gab. Do you want to cancel and move our meal to another time?" Mark asked while she shook her head.
"It is just I have never been in a meeting like this." Leigh stated while he held her hand comforting her.
"Do you want to take a bath so your anxiety would simmer down? You would need to calm down, my sweets. We need this contract and you know that." Mark stated while he wrapped his arms around her. She nodded at him in response while enjoying his scent. This is a way to be calm for her because of this dangerous mission.
"Alright, I would take a bath and prepare for the meeting." Leigh stated while she pushed off his arms around her.
She settled their attire's at their bed while he sat down at the chaise longue. She then held onto the robe and towel.
"You are a Ventura and forever would be one. No matter how dangerous your life would be but you are the bearer of the surname, Ventura. The only daughter and child of Alessio Alvise Ventura and Fortunata Chevalier-Ventura." Her paternal grandmother's (Mrs. Alessandra Beatrice Bianchi-Ventura) voice rang through her thought's.
"You have to sacrifice because your parents did. It is not about your life, it is our tradition as a Ventura." Her grandmother's voice continued to speak inside of her mind.
The voice of Alessandra Beatrice Bianchi-Ventura continued to ring as she sank herself in the bathroom until she felt like she could not breathe anymore.
"Look at you, do you think that you deserve the noble surnames of Ventura, Bianchi, Chevalier, Arnaud, and Conti? You hold such a noble position, granddaughter. You are the future of our family and the one who would be carrying our name but do you think you deserve this name, my dear granddaughter?"
Her grandmother's voice rang towards her mind as she sat straight while she mindlessly covers her ears.
She does not need the judgmental voices of her relatives. She needs to completely focus and survive in this mission.
