     "The court ruling had just been released to the public. Ricardo Conte Alvaro had been sentenced to twenty years in prison."

     "Also, the murder of Deirdre Boreas Andreas has gone cold considering the lack of evidence and the court had already dismissed the case."

     Her paternal uncle, Atty. Bart Ventura stated the update while Leigh sips her tea feeling a little satisfied that many problems had been buried. Their family name has been constructed back to its old glory. Everyone seemed to have forgotten the months when they were constantly ostracized by their society.

     "Finally, I would not need to manage a public relations team connected to the murder case and defamations cases."

     "Also, have you heard about Alex's love life? He is dating Ophelia Bellamy, right?"

     It brought a smile to her uncle with the mention of his only child's personal life. Leigh had heard that Alex begun dating the respectable lady who have been suggested for him to date which was a acquaintance of Leigh, Agent Ophelia Bellamy. Her cousin had not updated her about the relationship which ended up with her asking her uncle.

     "Well, he had told us that it has been going well and he plans on bringing her on our infamous Ventura-Chevalier Christmas dinner."

     "It is nice to see him to finally be in a committed relationship." Her uncle continued with a bright smile on his face.

     "It is pleasing to hear about it considering Ophelia is a close acquaintance of mine and I dare not to ruin such good professional environment between the two of us." She replied knowing that they may not be good friends like she is with the Clarke sisters but she does not want to be blamed for her involvement to her doomed filled relationship.

     "Did mother settled the scores to your mother-in-law?"

     She was unaware that he was aware about her grandmother meeting up with her mother-in-law to call her out for the insults and bullying she had said to Leigh.

     "She had and it seemed like grandmother knows how to handle things when it comes to defending a family member. My mother-in-law expressed her sorry but I have been avoiding Mark's family after grandmother had come to meet Mrs. Meyer." Leigh answered and took out a deep breathe afterwards.

     "But aside from your relationship with Mrs. Eva Meyer, is your relationship with Mark alright?"

     "Yes, we have been doing fine. Due to our couple's therapy, we have been more open in communicating to each other."

     "That is good, Leigh. When you had needed a couple's therapy, you had it. It came at the right place." Her uncle stated with a smile before he signs a person in her back to come in. She then turned her back to see her first cousin's standing there with a smile as if they had just cause another trouble for them to clean up.

     "We have come here to represent our ever-so busy father, Lucius 'Luke' Chevalier." The twins, Cisco and Dom, stated at the same time.

     "And I was just called in here so what's up?" Alex reasoned while they all sat down with bright smiles.

     "You did not do anything which we would need to clean up, right?" Her Uncle Bart asked while they shook their heads due to their response, Leigh let out a load and relieved sigh knowing she was very much done into cleaning up some mess for this year. "We are grown adults, Leigh. It is quite offensive for you to think that we would cause such atrocious doings."
