Chapter 13

Sadies pov

"Are you ready" Florence questions me "absolutely not" it's Eli's first day at school and I'm an emotion wreck, the past 2 months have been a whirlwind, me and Aaron have been getting closer and the bond between him and Eli is amazing.

I lean down and kiss Eli "you be good baby, and mummy will be here to pick you up okay" he doesn't seem to nervous because he's with gabe which also brings me some relief, the gates open and he runs off into the school, and I start sobbing, of course it's emotional but being heavily pregnant my hormones are everywhere.

"It's hard but you'll be okay sweet girl" flo rubs my back as we walk back to her car "it's just crazy to me how we have ended up here" she smiles as we get in the car.

Aaron gave me the day off today so I could pick and drop off Eli, I send him a picture of Eli looking smart in his uniform. 'Looking smart, and beautiful just like his mother' I smile 'your too sweet' I send back.

"It's cute how you've softened up Aaron" my head turns to Florence "I think you exaggerate it a bit" she laugh "no I'm being for real Sadie, before you came he barley spoke to anybody didn't really show up for many things, he was kind of just there"

"Oh right, I didn't think he was that closed off" she nods, we pull up outside her house and make our way in, both Aaron and Troy are at the shop so it's just us two.

"Have you thought of a birth plan yet" she questions "not really" I place my hand over my bump and just think how different it was when I was a scared girl pregnant with Eli compared to now, I'm an empowered woman who has finally took the reigns over her life.

"You need to get thinking, who do u want with you when giving birth, how and where do u want to give birth, there's a lot sweet girl and you don't want to leave it to the last minute" I nod my head in agreement.

"Well I know I definitely want to give birth in a hospital, I plan to birth baby boy but if I need a c section then that's what I will have, how many people can I have in the room" I question, this is new to me, I gave birth on the floor of my bedroom last time all on my own, luckily there was no complications.

"Usually they say to have two" immediately two people come to mind "would you be in the room with me" Florence squeals and hugs me "yes, yes, yes" I laugh at how excited she is.

"Do you think I'm pushing it to much if I asked Aaron to be in the room with me" she doesn't seem to shocked at me question "no I don't, I think he would be very happy to be there for you" we sit in silence for a moment before Florence carries on speaking.

"You know Sadie, Aaron has become a father figure to Eli and I'm sure he will do this baby, but the difference is the baby won't know any difference than that he is their dad" she stop and looks at me trying to sus out my reaction.

"I know that you've only known each other for 3 months and that this is a massive step, but time moves differently when children are involved, have you ever thought of actually put Aaron down as the father"

There was a few things that Florence could of said but that was the last thing I thought was going to come out of her mouth "wow, Erm, no I haven't thought about that, we aren't even properly dating flo and who am I to throw the responsibility of a child onto him, it's not like we are married"

"What is Eli then, he's a child that Aaron takes responsibility for" I nod my head as he does "but this is totally different flo right now if he wanted he could leave, Eli would be upset for a bit but at the end of the day he isn't his father, there's no proper responsibility that he has take"

She grabs my hand "I get you one hundred percent, but just think about it, there's no way I see him leaving you, not now not ever, he's made you and the boys his responsibility and he's made it clear not only to you but to the whole club, and once you declare that you don't go back"

"Your his old woman" Florence add on "you what" I question, I know I may have stress wrinkles but gosh I didn't think I looked that old "that's what partners of bikers are called, once the biker declares you his old woman or lady then it's locked in nobody can take that positions until you die"

"But Aaron hasn't declared me his old lady" she looks at me and says nothing "right?" She smiles "he's got a hands off policy with you, non of the other bikers are allowed to come near you in a romantic sense, that's the first step and when he finally ask you out then your his old lady"

"I think I've got some catching up to do"
