Benjamin looked at Mateo with a cold look but it was quickly replaced with a smile
"I'm Benjamin ,One of Zahra's friends,Nice to meet you Mateo" He said extending an hand
Mateo looked at Benjamin's hand and scoffed ,He then continued eating
"Mateo ,Don't you know its rude to ignore an extended hand" Benjamin said
"Oh are you offended Loser"
They both glared at each other and they were starting to gather some attention
Attention.....the one thing I hated the most
Benjamin's other fist was tightened and Mateo was gripping his fork tightly , I couldn't let this go on any longer
"Both of you Stop ,and Mateo Just Shake his hand"
"But-" Mateo tried to defend himself
"Shake.His.Hand" I said through narrowed eyes
Mateo gritted his teeth and shook Benjamin's extended hand
"Good, Now Benjamin sit"
"As you wish Zahra" He said with a smile and I smiled
So nice and Obedient ,Unlike some other people who go by the name Mateo Lopez
People started focusing on their business again after realising a fight wasn't gonna happen ,Yeah not on my watch
"Thank you for accepting my offer Benjamin" I said smiling
"Well how could I refuse the honour of having lunch with you" He said flashing that Charming smile
"Can we just focus on our food please, Has no one ever heard of the saying No talking while eating" Mateo said sounding annoyed
"Uh...Okay? But Benjamin, you don't have any Meal ,You gotta go to the Cranky Lunch lady overthere and get yours" I said
"Oh...Okay" He said and made his way to the Lunch Lady
He came back without any food
"What happened"
"She says I came to late and there's none left for me"
I furrowed my brows "Oh no...But there's still plenty of food left, She's probably hoarding it for herself and her friends" I huffed
"Its Okay ,I'm not that Hungry anyways"
"No ,I can't allow you to not eat anything when I was the one who invited you here in the first place ...."I said then I thought for a few seconds
"Oh why don't you eat from my plate ,I can't eat all this anyways" I said
And Mateo suddenly started coughing ,He took water and drank it
"He can't eat from your plate" He said
"Why not?" I asked
"Yeah....Why not Mateo ,Why can't I eat from her plate?" Benjamin asked
"Because....Because Isn't it Haram for you to Share a Plate of food with a man?"
"I don't think its Haram....I mean I'm Sharing food with someone who doesn't have"
"See you're not sure Whether its Haram or not So in Order to avoid you getting in trouble ,How about Benjamin here Share Food with Me"
"What!" Benjamin.exclaimed
"That's a good idea actually"
"You can't possibly agree to this Zahra" Benjamin said
"What's wrong in it?" I asked tilting my head a bit
"Yeah Benny What's wrong with it" Mateo said smriking devilishly
"It doesn't make sense Zahra,I'm not doing it ,People would think I'm gay or something"
"Does that mean you wouldn't eat anything" I said a bit upset
"It doesn't matter " He said with a reassuring smile
Mateo rolled his eyes "It doesn't Matter" Mateo Mocked
Was this guy on his Man Period or Something?
"Mateo" I warned
"What,I'm not doing anything"
I sighed exasperated
"I'm sorry Benjamin, Mateo's just......Mateo"
"I get it " Benjamin said and Mateo scoffed
I was about to say something when a shrill shreak echoed in the Cafeteria
"HELP!!"
Ah....I don't know what to say , I've run out of things to say I guess ....
