Recovering after his near death, Gohan and the others were momentarily able to breathe as Tagoma began his descent onto them, not before fully disrespecting his former commander, his insults stinging so deep that Sorbet finally had enough of his back talk, pulling out a device to summon General Oca to his position immediately.

On the grounds, Gohan was the first to accept Tagoma's proposal to fight, rushing the man and casting the first strike to no effect whatsoever, getting his elbow dislocated and having to be assisted by Piccolo.

Taking out the rest of the Z-fighters in one fell swoop, both Piccolo and Gohan stepped up to take Tagoma on, Bulma forcing Jaco in assisting with her calling for Whis, though, on the planet of the gods, the diety of destrcution for the universe was seen happily enjoying a slice of pizza, piles upon piles of emptied boxes laid bare on either side of his seat.

Mentioning the Saiyans, Beerus chimed in to theorize about the mysteries of Y/n's perfected Third's state, noting the way his ki flow felt different that Goku's own SSJ3 and thier previous Super Saiyan forms.

Now within the realm of the staff of Whis, both Vegeta and Y/n figured out the method to move in the realm, informing Goku of the same who was finally happy to be able to move again.

Once again on Planet Earth, the fight between Tagoma and the pair became heated, Piccolo going the extra mile having to cover for Gohan's slack in training. Gaining a moment to themselves, Piccolo drilled Gohan on his failures as not only a Saiyan, but his student as well, the words of his mentor seeming to finally reach Gohan as his rage and dissapointment in himself bubbled to the surface, chanelling all his cowardice, convictions and hate into the Super Saiyan glow he'd forgotten so much about, noting that Piccolo seemed to also get serious as well, ready to face off against Tagoma for their next brawl.

Pov change: 3rd person

Verdant orbs tainted the battlefield with its poisonous gaze, a fluttering barrier of gold being the defining contrast to the island of green and the fauna below. Untold levels of conviction were felt in its radiance as their wielder was shrouded in gold. Within it stood Gohan, his single toned eyes lit aflame like no other, its glare reflective on its own by the gleam of the overhead sunlight, the golden pillar which stood losing its shape once again, dissolving into its source, faded lines of blood scattered about his face.
