3│ Drowning

It was a stormy night, Sasuke and Orochimaru were arriving at the hideout from their mission in the Land of Rice. Everything was extremely quiet, not that Sasuke minded, but the atmosphere felt tense almost sinister. Sasuke went straight to his room and gathered a change of clothes, when he was going to head for the underground river he heard what sounded like a sob from the room next door.
He immediately had a bad feeling about it, but when he was about to knock he remembered his promise and decided to ignore it. He couldn't sense any chakra inside the room so he just assumed she wasn't there and he must be hearing things. He went to the river and there he noticed clothes folded neatly on the side of the bench. When he picked up the cloth, girl undergarments fell on the floor. The moment sasuke saw them his thoughts went to a forbidden place, thinking how that small piece of cloth fit her voluptuous body. Sasuke's cheeks flustered when he imagined Kasami wearing them. He had never felt lustful or had any lewd thoughts about anyone but at that moment he wanted to see her in that intimate way. "What the hell am I thinking," shaking those thoughts out of his head he headed for the water to get cleaned up.

Three Days before...
Kasami was in the underground river, she was cleaning herself. Once she was done, she walked to the bench where her clothes were, without realizing she felt a pinch in her neck and drowsiness hit her. Her legs immediately gave up on her as she lost the mobility of her limbs. Before she could hit the ground his arms caught her, she looked at his morbid smile with fear, but she couldn't scream. She was numb but aware of what was to come.
"Now, my sweet Kasami," Kabuto's voice was low and threatening, "I am going to show you a really good time, you just stay still and cooperate."
Kabuto didn't waste any moment and immediately took Kasami to her room. He made sure she wasn't going to fight back, as he injected a high dose of painkillers, the same that she had become addicted to when she was just a child. He wanted to make her drowsy enough for her to cooperate.
Slowly Kabuto took off all his clothes, savoring the moment, and then he lay on top of Kasami. He kissed her roughly, and even when she moved her head and muttered for him to stop he didn't. She was in no condition to fight back, he took advantage that they were the only two in the hideout to carry on his plan. Kasami was going to be his and his only.
Kabuto made sure to inject Kasami with an anti-conceptive that was going to prevent her from any pregnancies for a few years. Once he was ready, he stood up and his hands started roaming her body, she was young but she was perfect in every way. "I see the way the Uchiha looks at you," Kabuto said in between kisses to her chest, "I wonder what he would say when he finds out that you are mine."
