                     Chapter Two

After grabbing something to eat and checking the eggs you spent three more hours in the van, singing to the songs on the radio. You slightly to the beat as you sang aloud.

"Now we gotta cut loose! A foot loose!"

Raph laughed as he watched you dance in the back of the van his heart racing. He was so happy that you were finally getting the one thing you've dreamt of for years. A home, kids, and he was glad he could make that happen for you. You looked over to him and smiled as he looked forward. Seeing the bags underneath his eyes.

"Raph...how much sleep did you get last night?"

He thought of the metal claws reaching out and grabbing him again jolting him into consciousness. He looked at you and smiled as he looked at you.

R: enough.
"You look exhausted."
R: I'm fine...promise. It was just a stupid dream.

Pulling into the alley way he pressed the buttons as you were in the back putting them each in their own carryons. He drove in the sewers until he reached the garage to see everyone waiting for them. Stopping the RV you opened the door and got out Kari, Susan and April looking at you with smiles ear to ear.

A: let me see them!
K: oooh I can't wait to meet my future nieces or nephews!

You giggled put a hand on your hip rolling your eyes.

"Nice to see you guys too."
S: show me them baby's!

You smiled and Raph got two and you carried one. Seeing them they all smiled and blushed gently rubbing them on the shell. Kari look at Raph and he gave her a nod to do it as well. You were so proud of Raph and how far he's come with trusting kari. When they backed up the guys (Mikey) couldn't hold their composure making Raph hold them up high out of Mikey's reach.

R: hey! Hey! Hey! Mikey what did I say?
M: be calm cause you don't want me to crack them?
R: yes and what are you NOT doing?
M: being calm...ok ok I'm good now I wanna see em!

He let them down and all three of them were smiling like goofballs.

L: awe! Their adorable!
D: good job man.
M: awe dude their going to be huge!
"Going to be? Mikey they already are."

Everyone laughed as you looked at April rubbing her lower back.

"Back pains?"
A: yeah, I think I should sit down.
K: I'm with her.

Leo and Donnie both walked over to them and helped them to the couch. The rest of you fallowing. Seeing splinter he gasped and immediately walked towards the two of you and looked at the eggs.

Ms: my goodness! Their big! Congratulations my son your now a father.
"(Giggles) yep, and his daddy instincts are already kicking in he barely did fifty the whole way here."

The guys started laughing and Raph blushed in embarrassment, but he humphed as he kept his head high.

R: sorry that I want our children to be safe.

He walked to the couch and you put the third one down next to them. Looking at Mikey and Susan you realized that Mikey looked scared but with a smile on his face to keep everyone else think that he was fine and Susan held his hand.

R: you two ok?
S: well...we have some news.
"Oh my god...(smiles) are you!"
S: Yep found out this morning.
M: I'm going to be a dad!
L/D/R: holy shit!
L: congrats Mikey!
D: good for you man!
R: (whispers) whatever you do always keep food on you it'll come in handy. Especially Nutella.
"Raph I heard that."
R: I mean love you!

He nervously smiled at you and the guys laughed a little. You smiled and spoke to the girls as he looked back at Mikey while Leo and Donnie spoke.

D: I just can't believe it Mikey's going to be a dad!
L: yeah me too, they'll be little goofballs just like you man.

Raph saw the instant fear in his eyes and Raph laughed it off a little bit.

R: I think he'll do great.

Mikey looked at him and Raph put a hand on his shoulder patting it. Hearing Raph say that Mikey exhaled and Leo and Donnie realized that he's worried about not being a good dad.

L: shit I'm so sorry Mikey I didn't mean that.
D: yeah I'm sorry too, if they end up being funny and kind like you that'll be a good thing.
M: thanks guys. I'm just so scared I'm going to mess them up.
R: me too...
D: we all are.
L: really scared.

They looked at Leo and he looked at them weirdly.

L: what? Aren't I aloud to be scared I'm going to mess up my kids?
R: you can.
D: but you aren't going to mess your kids up.
M: exactly you'll be an amazing dad.
L: but what if I do?
R: you won't,

Leo looked at him and then down at the floor rubbing his neck.

R: we all know just what not to do...and then we figure it out from there I guess.
M: I guess so...
D: (sighs) hopefully they won't turn out too bad...
L: let's all go for average and say cool.

All of them nodded and looked at one another.

R: average yeah,
D: average sounds good.
M: yeah average.
L: cool now we got a plan.

They laughed as each one of their girlfriends and and wife looked at them crossing their arms making them all see them and gulp. You all shook your heads as you walked away and each one of them fallowing you guys.

R: no no no wait honey I was kidding you know me always joking around. (Nervously laughs)

You looked up at him as you all three of them almost arguing with the others. You held up your hand and whispered.

"Let's make some average people."
R:...(whispers) god I love you!

You did a high five and smiled as he pulled you in for a kiss and a hug. You blushed and smiled exhaling heavily.

"We got this."
R: yeah we got this...even that.
"Even that."

You kissed his chin and it made him melt and hold you closer to him. Making you feel safe and comforted.

R: I love you.
"I love you too..."
