45: Nearly Gone

KATY POV

The pain was stinging my chest. I ran home as fast as I could, and the second I walked into the dorm, Taehyung, Jin, Namjoon, Suga, Jimin, and Jhope all looked at me. Although, when they saw tears running down my face, their eyes widened and Jin stood up.

"Katy..." He started, but I just ran into my room and grabbed a bag. Then, I started to pack my stuff. I have no reason to stay here anymore. Jin and the rest of BTS followed me into the room and the second they saw me packing, they ran to me and started to ask questions.

"Katy what happened?!" Jin asked.

"Why are you packing?" Taehyung added.

"Katy stop!" Jimin and Namjoon said, but I didn't listen. I just continued to pack my things silently.

"KATY!" Jin yelled. I stopped and wiped my tears before facing him.

"I'm sorry guys, but I shouldn't stay here anymore. I think it's time for me to go home." I said.

"NO!" All of them yelled in sync. My heart broke. I will miss you all. I finished packing, and picked up the bag, although before I left, I turned back to the six clueless boys.

"Thank you all for being so kind to me. I will never forget you guys and I love you guys." I said. Then, I started to tear up again so I turned around quickly. Although, before I could walk out of the door, I felt them hugging me.

"We're not going to let you go." Taehyung said.

"Katy, your just mad. Calm down and let's talk about this." Jimin said, but I shook my head.

"No, I stayed for too long. I'm sorry." I said. Then, I wiggled out of their grasp and reached out for the door, although when I opened it, someone walked in. I looked up to see who it was, but tears blurred my vision. It took a while for my eyes to adjust, but as soon as they did, I froze. What I saw in front of me was Jungkook with wide eyes, looking at me and my bag. Seeing him broke my heart. Goodbye Jungkook. Then, without another word, I walked past him, and out of the door.

JUNGKOOK POV

After I managed to get out of Keena's grasp, I quickly ran to my car and drove home. I have to talk to Katy. I don't care if I'm mad at her anymore, I love her and she needs to know that I didn't kiss Keena, she kissed me. After a few minutes, I arrived at the dorm and I hurriedly ran to the door and opened it, although when I did, my heart broke into millions of pieces. What I saw was Katy holding a bag with all of her things and my hyungs behind her, trying to keep her from leaving. Wait, WHAT? LEAVING?! Katy looked at me with tearful eyes which said, 'Goodbye Jungkook.' Then, she walked past me and out of the door, leaving me alone and taking my heart with her. No, this can't be the end. After a moment, I turned around, caught up to her, and back hugged her, making her stop in her tracks. I felt her heart pounding really fast as her tears fell onto my arms. I started to tear up as well. I'm sorry Katy, I'm sorry I hurt you.

"Stop. You can't leave. I won't let you!" I said, tightening my grip on her. She froze.

KATY POV

I walked away, but I stopped when I felt someone back hugging me. J-Jungkook? My tears fell onto the person's arms and my heart started to pound really fast.

"Stop. You can't leave. I won't let you!" Jungkook said, tightening his grip on me. I froze. It's been so long since I was in his embrace.

"J-Jungkook. Let go. Please. Go and be happy with Keena. It's okay, I'll be fine." I said, but he just turned me around and looked at me with tears in his eyes.

"No. I don't want Keena. YOU'RE my happiness. I don't care if she takes my label. She could take everything! Just not you. I won't be fine. If you leave, I won't be okay." He said, with his tears now streaming down his face. My heart skipped a beat as I studied his features.

"Jungkook... don't lie. I already saw the kiss. It's fine, really." I said, trying to hold back my tears.

"Katy I didn't kiss her! She kissed me! She must have seen you coming because she all of a sudden grabbed my face and kissed me!" He said. "Like this!" He finished. Then, he grabbed my face and kissed me. My eyes widened. So many emotions exploded in me at that moment. I don't know if it was sadness or happiness, but being able to be with him again like this made me feel different. After a few moments, we broke apart and Jungkook put his forehead against mine.

"Please believe me. I love you." He said. I sighed.

"I will believe you if you believe me." I said. He looked at me.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"I didn't start the fight with Keena. She did." I said. His eyes widened.

"Then why didn't you tell me about it the day it happened?" He asked.

"I didn't want you to worry about me. I could handle myself and I already had a plan to get Keena to go away." I said.

"What plan?" He asked. Then, I explained everything to him, from Keena's dad, to the recording, to the fight. Then, I played the recording for him and he listened to it very carefully. It took a while, but after I was done telling him the story, he looked at me, frozen.

"I had no idea all of that happened, and I just accused you and listened to Keena." He said. Finally you pabo. "Jagi, I'm so sorry. I believe you. I should have known better than to have blamed you." He said and I smiled.

"It's okay. I believe you too." I said. At this, he let out a sigh of relief and hugged me. We stayed in that position for a few moments, but we broke apart when Jungkook asked me a question.

"So, you won't leave right?" He asked and I nodded. At this, he grew a huge smile on his face. Then, he took my hand and we walked back into the dorm.

"Katy!" The rest of BTS said to me. I giggled.

"Yeah yeah, I'm staying." I said. At this, they all cheered and I went into my room and unpacked my belongings. Then, I went back outside and saw Jungkook standing in front of the door.

"Will you go somewhere with me?" He asked me.

"Where?" I asked. He looked at me and smirked before saying,

"Back to Keena's house."
