Now that this story is finished, I can relax for a little bit. I decided to add this note for a couple of reasons... The first being is that I dislike odd numbers, call it an OCD thing. It has nothing to do with the fact that there were 13 pages since I'm not superstitious, like I said it's an OCD thing. It's something I've always done when confronted with an odd number in my daily life (Though I hated the number 13 too 😜).
The other reason being that I noticed some ppl read the story but didn't bother to vote which I find sad. I'm not saying it just because it's my story, I've noticed the same thing with other authors' stories. If u never tried to write a story, then u may not understand what a writer does to create one story. They work hard for the benefit of others. They want to entertain u and whisk u away to another plane, so to speak. So I'm truly grateful and happy when ppl vote on a page, it puts a smile on my face because I feel like I must have done something right.
So I hope in the future when u take the time to read someone's work, remember they too took time out of their busy day to write that for u to enjoy, and plz take the one second it takes to click that star symbol to show ur support for that author. There are so many authors on WattPad and similar sites that don't many votes... So plz, show ur support, and help brighten someone's day with that one click.
