~time skip 4 years~

I get woken up by the cries of my 3 month old son, Athan. I quickly get up to get him.

"It's okay Baby. Mommy's here." I tell him as I pick him up and run his back. I sit down on the bed with him on my chest.

"What's wrong?" Andrew says in a sleepy voice.

"He woke up. He's fine though." I reassure him. He sits up and looks over at him.

"You woke me up buddy." He slightly laughs. Then Aaliyah comes into the room while rubbing her eyes.

"Mommy why is Athan crying?" She asks and walks up to the bed.

"He just woke up. He's okay." I reply. She's gotten so big already. She's 4 years old. Me and Andrew decided to wait a bit until we got pregnant again and now we have Athan. Aaliyah looks just like me, unlike Athan, who looks just like Andrew. The only similarity we have is our green eyes.

I am so happy to say that I have my own little family. I love them so much. Me and Andrew got married a year after Aaliyah was born. And since then, everyone else started to have kids too. Andrew's sister had another baby, Pierson and Brent had a baby girl, Paris, who's 3 now, Ben and Hannah had a boy, Leo, who's 2, and Liv and her boyfriend Thomas (I made up a random character sorry 😭) had twin girls, Tatum and Bailey, who are 2 as well. Pierson and Brent got married while Pierson was pregnant with Paris. Ben and Hannah are planning on getting married in a few months too. Liv and Thomas haven't talked about getting married at all which is pretty odd.

"Mama can I sleep with you guys? I'm scared to be alone." Aaliyah asks me with an innocent look.

"Ask your dada." I look over at Andrew but he's already walking over to Aaliyah and carrying her back to our bed. "Really? You really are a daddy's girl. I thought we had a connection Leah."

"Sorry mama but dada is nicer." She says and hugs Andrew tightly.

"See. I told you she likes me better." Andrew sticks his tongue out at me. I just roll my eyes playfully.

"Okay well I'm not buying you Starbucks anymore." I tell Aaliyah as I sway back and forth, trying to get Athan to sleep.

"Nooo I'm sorry mama." She says and digs her head in Andrew's shoulder.

"It's okay Princess, Daddy will buy you Starbucks and we won't buy mommy any." Andrew whispers to her.

"I could still hear you!" I loudly whisper and laugh. I could sleep like this any day. It doesn't matter if there's no room in the bed for me to sleep, I'll let the kids sleep with us and share these moments with us. Andrew is such a good father to them too. He's the best husband I could ever ask for. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with them.
