It's getting closure and closure to Margot's Birthday, not just that but also the Barbie Premiere, Jake's not really a Barbie doll sort of guy but he does have a Younger Sister and she liked them when she was little, also his girlfriend it literally Barbie so he should at least go to the Premiere with her and give the movie a chance, not that he's expecting it to be bad but he's more of a Marvel guy, he's not expecting many explosions to happen in this film.
Margot: Don't burn the food again.
Jake stopped what he was doing and turned to see his beautiful Aussie girlfriend walking towards him, while he made them breakfast, that was just a one time thing and this time he doesn't have anything to distract him, other then her of course.
Jake: How'd you sleep? Any troubles?
Jake asked as she walked over to him, he put his left arm around her while putting a small kiss to the side of her head, she couldn't help but chuckle a little to him though, she's only a couple of weeks, the bump isn't even showing yet and he's already worried about her.
Margot: No, that isn't going to start for weeks. You worry too much.
She tip toed to him, kissing his lips before going to make herself some coffee, she figured that coffee should be alright for a pregnant women right, as long as she doesn't smoke or drink, it'll be alright, she doesn't smoke anyway and drinking is only social but people will understand when she doesn't drink around them now, they have told all their friends and family, the Internet isn't going to know, well, their not going to tell them anyway.
Jake: I don't know. I've never been pregnant, I'm not sure how it works.
Margot smiled to him while she leant on the counter sipping her coffee cup in both her hands, Jake just wanted to make her as comfortable as she can be, he might not be a pro at this but he's seen movies and documentaries, pregnancy can be really uncomfortable for the soon to be mother if she doesn't have help, Jake just wants to help.
Margot: Funny, neither have I. So we'll learn together. Right?
Jake looked over to her as she smiled to him, Jake didn't know what else to do other then drop the utensil he's using and walked over to her, giving her another kiss, Jake was really lucky in his life, the first 12 years, maybe not but since then, things like the Adams' and Margot have made him more happier then he's even been before...

Jake and Margot have been getting prepared mostly over the past few weeks for her nation wide tour for Barbie, Jake has no doubt that it'll be a great movie, she rarely does bad ones, Jake can't remember watching one of her movies and not enjoying it, sure some of them aren't massive blockbusters but their still fun movies.
Jake: ... So we'll be in LA for a couple weeks?
Margot nodded to him as their cuddled up on the couch, her with the iPad going through her emails and schedule with her feet kicked up and her head resting on his chest, his right arm around her as his left hand kept his new best friend, Arno, entertained.
Margot: That's not a problem is it?
Jake would never say "No" to her even if he wanted to but he didn't mind, LA was a nice place as long as you stay out the rough places and avoid all the hipsters, you'll be fine and have a good time, also with the Pre-Season not starting for a few more weeks and training camp not opening for a little while, they have enough time to do the tour and for him to take her somewhere special for her birthday, that's something he hasn't planned just yet but he's working on it, all before the Barbie Premier.
