After Rick had said those three words, Daryl walks off as he throws his hands in the air in exasperation. Emily sighs, walking past Rick to retrieve Daryl's thrown squirrels.

"Daryl, catch." Emily says, throwing his squirrels back at him.

He catches them with ease, putting them down along with his crossbow. Emily retreats to her tent, pulling a second pocket knife from her backpack before emerging from the tent yet again, all the while she was still carrying her baseball bat along with her.

"We left him like an animal caught in a trap. That's no way for anything to die, let alone a human being." Emily hears Rick say as soon as she's within earshot of the conversation.

"Glad we agree on something." She simply answer, twirling the bat in her hand once.

"So you, Daryl and Emily, that's your big plan?" Lori asks Rick, who turns around to look at Glenn.

Carl stares at his father, then looks over at Emily. Guilt washed over her, she had promised the boy to go with him and Shane to catch some frogs. And he just got his father back, yet Rick is already talking about leaving again with assurance that he's gonna come back to his family.

Once Glenn realises that Rick is looking at him, he sighs, "Oh, come on."

"You know the way. You've been there before... In and out, no problem. You said so yourself. It's not fair of me to ask, I know that, but I'd feel a lot better with you along. I know she would too." Rick explains his train of thoughts.

"That's just great. Now you're gonna risk four members of the group, huh?" Shane says.

Immediately after that T-Dog speaks up, "Five."

Daryl scoffs at that as he looks up at the man, bolts and rag in his hands to clean them off. "My day just gets better and better, don't it?"

Emily looks down at her bat, realising that she should probably be cleaning it as well. Maybe she didn't leave that big of a dent on that geek, but there were still some blood splatters on her bat. She could do that when she returned though.

"You see anybody else here stepping up to save your brother's crack ass?" T-Dog then adds to it, making Emily sigh.

"Why you?" Daryl asks, voicing his thoughts.

"You wouldn't even begin to understand. You don't speak my language." Emily rolls her eyes, not looking at him.

"That's five." Dale says, he hasn't been much of an input on this conversation, so Emily doesn't understand why he had something to say now, something that was already established.

"It's not just five. You're putting every single one of us at risk. Just know that, Rick. Come on, you saw that walker. It was here, it was in camp. They're moving out of the cities. They come back, we need every able body we got. We need 'em here. We need 'em to protect camp." Shane says, trying to change Rick's mind.
