Hera pulled up her coat and shivered.

The wind was particularly harsh this day.

Chopper let out a whine and Hera picked up her dog.

She and Chopper were walking for days in search of work and food.

Hera was tired but if she could give Chop a break, she would. But they had to keep walking.

The wind was harsh and cold; any longer, and they would freeze.

The snow seemed to stop and the wind stilled long enough for Hera to spot a train station.

"It's shelter." She whispered to Chop.

Chopper nuzzled further into Hera's coat.

With a newfound strength, Hera made her way to the station.

She didn't notice the wind pushing her towards the station.

"Come home with me."

Hera looked up and saw a cute looking man wearing a dark green sweater and an apron.

He must have worked here but all Hera could think was, 'His eyes are pretty.'

There was a young woman behind him who face palmed and groaned.

"Who are you?"

He smiled at her. It was kind. Not like others who expected something.

"The man who would like to marry you. I'm Janan. Karrus. Ah shit! Kanan Jarrus. That's my name. Kanan Jarrus." His face turned pink in embarrassment.

He was cute, Hera would give him that.

"He always like this?" Hera asked the girl behind Kanan.

"Unfortunately yes." She said with a sadness in her eyes.

"Well, Kanan Jarrus, I'm Hera."

"Your name is like a song I've always known."

"Oh, he's crazy." Hera started to leave.

"Wait, he's not like any man you've ever met." The girl said.

"Really? Why would I become his wife?" Hera glared at the girl and the kicked puppy in a green sweater.

"Because he'll make you feel alive."

Kanan looked at Hera with hope. With... was that love? He just met her and he's looking at her with love?

"Alive?" Hera looked down at Chopper, who looked back. "That's worth a lot."

Hera gave him permission to sit with them.

"What else you got?"

When Kanan smiled at Hera, she felt like there could be spring and fall again.

Ahsoka watched over Caleb for his parents.

In every life and every repeating time she watched over the boy.

Each time, Ahsoka hoped it would be different but she knew it was dangerous to hope.

As she watched Caleb fall in love with Hera all over again, the wind shifted outside and Ahsoka got the feeling it would turn out all right.

"What's going on?" Hera wondered.

Caleb looked at the callender by the door and checked the time.

"Lady Amidala is late." He said.

"This is her station?"

How did Caleb get a job working at the station?
