"So how was touring the campus Lyrica?" Her grandmother asked her as she cut into the chicken breast the chef had made for their dinner. In fact, the chef at the Castillo Household created a feast for Lyrica's return ranging from chicken, steak, steamed vegetables, pasta, and more.

"It was really pretty. I've honestly enjoyed my stay here more than the first time I came here." She replied.

"I see, you know when I went to the University a long time ago there was so much for a student to learn and do. I hope you are able to enjoy your time. I know Dr. Knight mentioned to me earlier today she bumped into you as well."

"Ah yes she did, she was really sweet. I'm glad to be taking one of her humanities classes."

"And Vivian?" Her grandmother asked Vivian.

She was a bit more quieter than usual. It had to do with what happened during the day. She was still trying to get over what happened, "It was like usual. I'm used to going there since father would bring me often to expose me to the college life at an earlier age. Plus he had a lot of business to do there."

"Speaking of which I heard you got into an argument with a student," their grandfather said as he cut into his steak, "What was that argument about?"

"It was nothing." She tried to brush it aside and looked back down to her plate.

"Was it now?" He raised his eyebrow, "The Headmaster told me it was quite the show. Vivian, and this goes to you to Lyrica, people are going to badmouth our house no matter what. I am aware about what the public has been saying. Me returning as the Duke has been a difficult position since my son left. I want you two to know what happened with my son I have already forgiven. I do not have any bad blood towards him and if anything I wish he would come back to own to his actions. As much as I want you two to fight back the rumors and the comments I do not want you to waste your energies on that throughout your academic career."

"He's right," their grandmother nodded her head, "You two need to enjoy this college experience. Let the students say what they want to say."

"Seriously?" Vivian gripped her fork and she got up from the table, "Look I get we should place peacemaker and not add fuel to the fire but at the same time I am not going to change my personality just to continue to save the safe of our Household. I can see that is why you want to try to pacify us."

"That is not what I'm saying Vivian." He sighed out.

"Vivian I think...They are right—" Lyrica tried to step in but immediately Vivian interrupted.

"I get I was out of character to slap the girl, but I also have a voice. If people don't get it, then it's whatever. If you all excuse me I'm going to my room." She got up from the table and left a plate full of food still there.

"That girl..." her grandmother shook her head.

"We just want the best for her Lyrica. It's been a rough few months before you got here. I know you tried to help her out by letting her help you with the scholarships. But I feel like it will be a while until she will be able to cope with the situation at hand."

"I see..." she nodded her head quietly and continued to eat her dinner.

They slept the night at their grandparents place. By the next morning they went back to their apartment. Lyrica was getting ready when she was looking at the time on her phone and noticed she was going to be a couple of minutes late, maybe a bit more.

"S-Shoot," she began brushing her teeth faster and gargled some mouth wash, "Not on the first day too." She bursted out of the bathroom and went back into her bedroom to dress up. She went for the outfit Vivian suggested when they had gone out to shop. It was an all black outfit, cropped blazer, with a black tank top and flared out slacks. She put on her black platform loafers and began packing all the things she needed in her black messenger bag. She walked out of her room and noticed Vivian was making breakfast for herself.
