MR. ONCE IN A LIFETIME

i stand in the shadows with an enigmatic visitor.
i've grown lost in the depths of love.
a silent observer of the radiance of beauty,
i'm enthralled with the spirit of your fantasies.

i gaze from a distance, a soft fire in my emotions.
stoking the fires of my repressed devotion,
every snatched glimpse lights a spark within.
a prohibited sin, a pure yearning.

oh, how beautifully you fill the skies,
your symphony of grace that have no rivals
your laughter is a tune that i can hear humming
your grin is a sunbeam that dispels the fears inside me showing.

i'm in awe of how your eyes light up in the sky.
every flicker of your eyes launches a universe into eternity.
they contain the secrets to countless stories.
a view into a society where emotion dominates.

however, my words are still hidden in my spirit,
i'm afraid about messing up this vulnerable part.
i am nothing but a phantom in the night, a whisperer,
where chains of my silent plight bind my character.

but be aware, my lovely guide, that in my heart,
you have evolved into a masterpiece,
an everlasting piece of art.
even though our paths might never cross ever,
the times you unintentionally made mine i will surely treasure.

i will therefore stay here as a silent admirer.
your life's tapestry contains a secret demand
because love isn't always meant to be possessed.
but to be felt, treasured, and blessed forever.

and if destiny ever brings us together again my sweetheart,
i'll take the opportunity and overcome my fear.
but until then, i'll continue to love
in the name of the celestial realm of admiration.
