Chapter 18

It was now 4pm, y/n started getting ready as she picked her bag and went downstairs, informing her mother she went out to reach the cafe near her school where everyone decided to meet. Reaching the cafe, she went and sat on one of the table as she looked out the window seeing the streets how cars and people were passing by,  until she felt a tap on her shoulder, turning around she saw a smile which could send her to heaven, already could guess who it had be. Hong joshua. A smile which showed the purity, eyes glistening, happiness.

Joshua : hey y/n, as expected first to arrive
y/n: hi, and hey nope, i just arrived early than the fixed time and here you go. There is jeonghan and zenayel with...these many snacks- [spoke while slowly her voice got into funnier tone of seeing how many snacks had being bought by jeonghan and zenayel while she could see jeonghan yelling at zenayel while zenayel bickered back] we don't want them here now
Joshua : [giggled as jeonghan and zenayel entered and were greeted with a smiley joshua and a blank faced y/n] hey guys
Jeonghan : hi, what's wrong y/n?
Zenayel : yeah babes, what's wrong?
y/n: oh nothing~ i didn't know i make such little 7 years old kids who bickered all way here while carrying this many tons of snacks
Jeonghan: oh...well we decided to stay for 2 hours in a park just beside the amusement park, you know a little picnic then ride rides from 7pm to 9pm
y/n: oh that sounds good, now understandable

All of them then reached their destination as they sat on the fresh grass, sky bright sunny blue and pure aesthetically cloudy. Perfect weather to be precise. They laid the snacks on the blanket as they had them while chit chatting, talking about how school is kind of tough yet fun, how the acting club's first show would be just after 2 days, played card games, laughed. A perfect group.

Around 6:50pm

y/n: it's gonna be 7 soon, let's go to the amusement park right now
Zenayel : yeah let's go, indirectly it will help me digest the snacks too
Joshua : that little tummy of yours need to produce more gastric juice
Zenayel: heyyyy
Jeonghan : [held joshua and zenayel's shoulder as he walked forward while saying] let's go y/n

Once they reached the park

y/n: damn it's so pretty and so many rides
Joshua: indeed, but not prettier than you [winked at her]
Zenayel : ew cringe man
Jeonghan : [rolled his eyes as they all walked to one of the rides]
y/n: let's try this one?
Everyone nodded as they all went in and had the utmost peak of fun. It was now around 8:30pm already, they now decided to ride the most peaceful yet the pleasing one. Ferris wheel.

Y/n: finally time to go to Ferris wheel
Jeonghan : yeah
All went towards the ferries wheel as they waited to get in the line into each cabinet

The person who was getting people inside the cabinet : okay 2 people
Joshua: we four will get a separate cabinet-
The person : no any 2 need to get in (as he pushed Joshua and Zenayel inside)
Jeonghan: oh..well-
Y/n: (being slightly sad that she wished to sit with Joshua but she was fine either way as she got inside the another cabinet just for the fact that it was the last one with only jeonghan and y/n) let's get in

She sat on one of the side plank while jeonghan sat on the another. No sooner did the huge wheel began rotating letting the people enjoy the city view and night view. There's always a moment when the last cabinet gets to a haunt for a moment. It happened. It was till the cabinet had almost reached the top most point until it came to a fault which caused y/n to lose balance as her body fell towards jeonghan. As her right palm rested on the glass shield while her left palm on his right shoulder, while her face was hardly inches away, one move and their lips had be attached. Their eyelashes touched each other's. Their eyes showed an emotion which wasn't love but it wasn't either the feeling of just liking. Specifically jeonghan.

Jeonghan : y/n..
y/n: oh uh yeah [as she tried to get up but the ride started from being halt which again made y/n to shift her body on him which made her elbow fall on his shoulder and her right leg on his laps for that she was trying to stand up] i'm so sorry!!
Jeonghan: it's fine..[he looked away before helping her sit back as the ride came to a finish, for the rest of the while they both were silent, highly silent in awkward emotion]
y/n: jeonghan, i'm sor-
Jeonghan: that's fine, really. Don't worry[he didn't let her finish as he spoke in a rush as he blinked, his cheeks showed slightly tint of pink as he looked away before a thought clicked his mind as he looked at her] but you didn't call me hannie
y/n: huh? What? [spoke with her natural dear doe like eyes]
Jeonghan: [he leaned in slightly,speaking in a little louder tone for making sure she heard him] you, didn't call me hannie this time
y/n: uh..oh sorry jeo- hannie yeah
Jeonghan: [giggled before leaning back to his straight posture before rubbing the back of his neck before brushing off his shyness as he turned around before walking to joshua and zenayel who were seem to be gossiping about something]
y/n: [she realised jeonghan left as she rushed to them too]

Jeonghan: what's up joshua? Why with such a grumpy face?
Joshua: dude these guys in the cabinet were so irritating
Zenayel: literally, they were maybe seniors of ours and they were a couple, as you know ferries wheel is a romantic ride for many, they were like 'turn around kids' and when we did, we could hear those nasty tongue motion sounds like kiss at home, what the fuck[while rolling her eyes]
y/n: gosh, they didn't need to do it in the cabinet with your presence, they could have switched with us instead, we 4 had be together then
Joshua: exactly
Zenayel: these couples indeed love kissing in public,dumbs
Jeonghan: you had be in that situation soon too
Zenayel: never!
Joshua: who could even simp on this chaotic lady?
Zenayel: i dare you to say that again, mr hong joshua
Joshua: [stepped back before walking away, expectedly got followed by our angry zenayel, a smiling y/n and jeonghan with his calm aura]

The next day in school in the acting club

Jeonghan: jude, come here, enlighten me by wearing this crown and conquer elfhame.
y/n: says the king.
Jeonghan: and you're the queen
y/n nodded as she smiled

The acting went on till it was finished, now it was the last day for that tomorrow was their final show to show their all hardworked practice.
The school ended soon today.
y/n went back home as she got greeted by multiple steel hangers on which multiple clothes were there, some formal and some revealing. Being confused she frowned her eyebrow as she scanned the room before spotting her mom talking with her dad as she approached them.

y/n: dad
Mr lee : princess, we got your dresses to have trial on, the photoshoot will begin inLee : princess we got your dresses to have trial on. The photo shoot will begin in few hours.

"Did that slight hault in the ride made jeonghan feel something towards y/n?  Was Joshua now getting flirty with y/n? Did it make jeonghan jealous? Why so? What had happen tomorrow in the show? Had something happen which either make Joshua jealous or jeonghan jealous or even any of the girl jealous? What about the trial? Will something go wrong?"
