Chapter 14

It was now time for them to go home, y/n woke zenayel up from her quick nap while jeonghan woke joshua up.
Joshua: it's already morning? [while rubbing his eyes]
Jeonghan: it's 4am, we need to go before y/n's mom come
Zenayel: oh yeah we are in y/n's home...ah yeah y/n we will get going
y/n: mhm alright, do well in tests ya all.
All of 3 nodded as they left the house, y/n had 2 hours left for her to get ready for school so she took a quick nap but as soon as she closed her eyes only one vision came in her eyes 'oh...joshua laid his head on my shoulder...' y/n shook her head as she fell back to sleep.

In the school

Zenayel rushed to y/n as she grabbed her arm
y/n: what's up zen?
Zenayel: y/n..y/n guess what
y/n: hm
Zenayel: [quickly smiling widely] MIARA LEFT THE SCHOOL HAHAHA
y/n: [chuckled as she ruffled zenayel's hair] that's good for joshua i guess
Zenayel: sush good for you instead, you can win him you know [winks at y/n]
y/n: [giggles as she remembered the talk with joshua before] well, maybe..i guess. [she didn't say anything since she didn't want anyone to know that joshua might be missing miara still] well let's go, test will be in the first lecture period itself
Zenayel nodded as they both went inside the class, getting greeted by jeonghan and joshua

Joshua: prepared guys?
y/n: yeah, well i hope ya all do well
Jeonghan: you too

It was now the time for them to give their test, as all were giving test, soon after 40 minutes the test was over.
Joshua sighed as he stretched his arms
Joshua: damn, the paper was cool
Jeonghan: easy honestly but quite tricky though
Zenayel: thanks to y/n for helping us
y/n: it's your own efforts,guys
Jeonghan: let's go to club room now, i heard that soon we need to act for this one function coming up
Zenayel: less goooooo[ she said as she dragged y/n away with her]
Jeonghan: why this idiot is always so excited[he mumbled]
Joshua: well maybe she is?[while shrugging as he keeps his arm around jeonghan's shoulder and went behind the girls]

In the club

All of 4 of them reached the club
Mrs Sasha: you 4 are late, anyways come inside, give your attendance
All of 4 them: yes ma'am

After taking the attendance of the students

Mrs sasha: alright guys, so acting club is the first club to showcase their talent on the stage this upcoming week on friday and then obviously an after party to invite every new student here. Is there any new student here this year?
y/n: [while raising her hand] uh..i'm new this year
Mrs sasha: alright, great. There's a rule, in every club the new students each year are given one of the main roles, since you're the only new student in this club so you will be getting the main female role of the story we will be choosing, is that fine by you...?
y/n: uh y/n, Lee Y/n and sure ma'am, i can manage that
Mrs sasha: glad to hear that y/n, hope you have fun in here,sweetie

Zenayel: damn girl, you're new here and got the literal main female role, so proud of you
y/n: there's nothing to be proud of,zen
Joshua: that's fine, i hope any of us 3 also get a main role
Jeonghan: heck no, i don't want any, i rather be a part of backstage

Mrs sasha: alright so time to give role to each of you and i will hand you all your scripts, hope none of you have any complain against it in future. So as known, main female role is of y/n, her side friend would be lara...[she continued] alright and.. The main male lead goes to...jeonghan, good luck everyone,out here.
Jeonghan : ma'am i want to chang-
Joshua: [shutting his mouth quick] hey! Just do your main lead role,boy.
Zenayel : yeah!!
y/n: [while giggling looking at their actions] well, it's fine,hannie if you don't wish to act with me
Jeonghan: u-uh NO, i mean yeah i don't mind. Alright alright i will act
Joshua: now that's good
Zenayel: [while narrowing her eyes, thinking to herself] why i think jeonghan is being attracted to y/n? Well my ship is sailing~ hehe
Joshua: why you smiling...? Gosh you're weird-
Zenayel: say that again, i dare you
Joshua: I'M SORRY-

y/n and jeonghan just stood still seeing the other two bickering as they both looked at each other before looking at the teacher
Mrs sasha: so everyone collect your scripts
Everyone went to the table as they got their scripts, while joshua and zenayel chose to be special staff for y/n and jeonghan
y/n just kept her script away as she just sat silently on a table,swinging her legs as she looked at zenayel
Zenayel: don't worry, you will do. I will help you get ready, there's still a lot of time, i know many are new in the act but i will introduce them for you
y/n: [while smiling softly] thanks,zen
Zenayel: anything for my favourite lady~
Joshua: [mumbles to jeonghan] are they perhaps couples or is it just me who thinks like that?
Jeonghan:[mumbled back] no worries,buddy, i thought the same, perhaps that's how girls act

Now it was the end of the school, all of them decided to go to joshua's home to read y/n's and jeonghan's scripts, it was basically evening by now

At joshua's home

Joshua: why not have a sleepover,guys?
Jeonghan: i and zenayel can but would y/n's parents agree,specially her mom?
y/n : let me ask mom [she calls her mom as she asked her if she could sleepover] [looked at other 3 with widened shocked face] she...allowed...

Zenayel : well..i guess that's good?
y/n : i'm concerned-
Jeonghan: well i guess just be careful once you go home, you know like she could be sarcastic too?
Joshua: true, if you need we will go along with you
y/n: mhm alright,thanks guys

Jeonghan and y/n were reading their scripts as they both felt their cheeks burn lightly due to few scenes out there which were holding hands, hugs, nothing too much though.
Joshua: well, i hope you both do well?
Zenayel: yeah but wait- are you both having fever?
y/n: um no
Jeonghan: shua get me some food please, i'm hungry
Joshua: you are allowed to use your legs,dude, so go get it yourself, zenayel go help him
Zenayel nodded as both of them went downstairs to get food while greeting joshua's mother too, while in the room of joshua

Joshua: you alright y/n? You look like you're burning in fever
y/n: uh nothing
Joshua: [frowned as he leant in to touch her forehead] hm no fever
y/n: well yeah, owe- [she looked at her hair as one of her strand got stuck on the middle part of the steel of joshua's watch while he was touching her forehead]
Joshua: wait wait wait, let me do it [he knelt up as he tried to remove her hair strand gently]
y/n: don't pluck off my hair! [she looked up slightly]
Joshua: [felt her eyelash touch the back of his hand as he coughed lightly before removing her hair strand] a-alright
y/n: why're you stuttering?
Joshua: nothing..[he looked at her, for some reasons he suddenly felt some heat rise on his cheeks, while he looked at her, her innocent doe eyes made his heartbeat rise slightly higher than usual]
y/n: [while frowning as she looked at him] hm? Anything you need to say?

Jeonghan and zenayel arrived as they all had food, all 4 of them talked and had fun playing games and watching movies till 3am as zenayel and y/n dozed off while jeonghan was also having some tired eyes while joshua was wide awake due to having black coffee this late at night
Joshua looked behind him as he saw y/n dozing off in an uncomfortable position, approaching her, he softly slid off the hair strand from her face,tucking it behind her ear as he remembered the moment few hours thinking to himself "why did i suddenly felt that high race of heartbeat...am i..am i feeling something for y/n?..it can't be. What are you doing to me y/n? Is that the reason i felt uncomfortable staying with miara? Is that why i felt cringe and awkward each time miara called me honey bun which i used to be on knees for? Fuck it, i feel like..i am slowly feeling something for you, but why? Just why? You did nothing but? Just a feeling i feel for you, right here in my heart, i wonder if this feeling will grow..if it will be..i swear on earth, i will not give up before winning you,miss lee y/n, it's my promise"

While jeonghan too dozed off, leaning his head against the wall beside the huge window joshua had in his room, as joshua just stayed awake for a while before dozing off too.

" was it the start of feelings of joshua for y/n? Will it grow more? Who will win her? What is exactly written in script? What will happen next in the club? What about the results of the class test they just gave? Why did y/n's mom allow her to sleepover?"
