╰┈➤Gwen gave the three a little back story about herself.

"My Spider-sense told me to head toVisions Academy. I wasn't sure whyuntil I met you--" SHe glances over at Ranger and Miles.

"I-uh, I like your haircut?" Miles says, un-matter-of-factly.

"You don't get to like my haircut." Gwen spits.

The sound of gunshots rings through the forest.

Gwen fires her shooter and swings away.

"Let's go!" She calls out.

Peter and Ranger swing away, Miles fumbling with his web shooter.

"How many more spider people are there?!" Miles asks, still struggling.

"I think the question is, how many other dimensions exist..." Ranger tells him.

"Save it for Comic-Con!" Peter yells

"What's Comic-Con?" Miles refutes.

The four spiders sit on a bus, Miles and Gwen next to each other, Ranger next to Peter, who was sleeping, his head falling over to her shoulder, drooling very slightly.

Gwenholds the broken goober in her hand. Both her and Miles want to talk, neither wants to start the conversation.

Ranger was jealous. Gwen was gorgeous, pretty, brave. Everything she wasn't, Gwen was. And Gwen was the one sat next to Miles. As much as she hated it, Ranger was crushing on Miles. Not wanting to think about it, she put in her earphones.

You go and I stay
I
t's always right person and wrong way
I hate to be right, please, tell me I'm wrong
Please, tell me I'm wrong
'Cause it's on again, off again
Love you like oxygen
I don't know what to say or do
On again, off again
Love you like oxygen
You don't know what I'd do for you

"I know where we can make a new one.And we won't let him break it thistime." Gwen says and smiles at Miles, another pang of jealousy shoots through Ranger as she sees this, snapped out of her thoughts however when one of her earphones is pulled out by Peter, now awake and sitting by her with a frown on his face,

"You like him, don't you?"

"What? No! Why would you- I mean I don-" She groans, "Is it that obvious?"

"Yeah, but probably not to him, boys are oblivious."

"It's stupid, I mean, why am I so jealous?!"

"I mean, it's not stupid. You like him, so obviously you won't be too happy seeing him talking and smiling with other girls."

"You're reaaaally helpful aren't ya, Pete?"

"Okay, okay, look if you like him, why not just tell him?"

She pauses.

"Peter, have you heard the term 'Trepidation'? It means a feeling of fear or anxiety about something that may happen. I guess I'm afraid that if I tell him, I'll lose the friendship we've built and I don't know if i can lose anyone else..."

"I get it, it's hard, but you gotta try."

"I'll think about it, thanks though."

"No problem, kid."
