Buck yawned, while he sat up, squinting as the light shined at his face. He glanced around, before he groaned when he sat up, he looked down at his wrist what was pourly bandaged up.

"Hey." Buck's head shot up and he saw Eddie leaning on the door frame.

"Hey yourself." Buck mumbled, while pulling the blankit from his lap and sat up on the sofa, when Eddie walked over and sat on the foot rest beside him.

"Wanna tell me what happened?" Eddie asked, and Buck showed a confused expression, "There was blood in the sink, glass in the bin with blood covering it, specifically one piece, and you're arms are bandaged up."

Buck only scoffed.

"It's none of your buissness." Buck muttered, standing up, but couldn't go anywhere when Eddie grabbed his upper arm, standing up himself he stepped forward so his face was inches away from Buck's.

"Buck, I want you to answer me this. With honesty. Are you hurting yourself?" Eddie asked, and Buck froze.

"No! And, why would you care?" Buck said, shoving Eddie away weakly, but Eddie only grabbed Buck by the waist to pull him closely, holding his hand, "Look, I just dropped a bowl last night and cut myself. I had to clean up. I'm sorry, okay? I don't mean to cause any trouble, I can leave if you want. . ."

Eddie sighed and slowly sat Buck down, and then sat down opposite him, both hands holding onto Buck's hands.

"Buck, I want nothing more then have you around. I could never ever let you leave without a fight, I love you. I can't live without you and neither can Chris." Eddie said honestly, that Buck had looked up when Eddie bent down to try and meat his eye sight.

Buck leaned forward to kiss Eddie, and Eddie kissed back, pushing Buck more into the couch, a hand on eaithr side of him, before the two pulled away.

"I'm guessing you got my message." Eddie said, and Buck smiled weakly with a short nod, "Good. Now, go get dressed, we've got to leave for work in 5 minutes."

"What?" Buck seemed confused, before he stood up and raced to the bathroom to pull on his dark blue polo t-shirt, with his black trousers, before he grabbed his bag and ran outside to get in the car, Eddie soon came along and hopped into the passenger seat.

"I can always drive, you know?" Eddie said, and Buck only shook his head.

"Nah." Buck said, leaning back in his seat to pull of.

"Alright. I can live with that, if it means I get to look at you're gorgeous face every morning." Eddie said, with a smirk. And, that smirk only grew when seeing Buck blush a deep crimson red.

As Buck drove though, he was starting to loose focus, while his gaze settled onto a couple walking up the road, then it dashing over to a few kids playing football across the streat on the field.

"Buck?" Buck shook his head, and glanced over to the passenger seat, to see Eddie looing at him worriedly, then his eyes returned to the road, "Everything okay?"

"Y-Yeah, everything's perfect." Buck said, offering a soft smile while he pulled up into a parking space, the two jumped out of the car and walked into the fire house.

Eddie just ignored Buck's strange behaviour and walked up stairs, glancing at Buck who was staring at the engine.

"Hey Eddie!" Bobby shouted from the kitchen, Hen and CHimney was playing chess at the dining table.

"Hey Cap." Eddie said, while standing by the bar, what was attached to the balcony over looking the place.

"Where's Buck?" Hen asked.
