For some reason this chapter didn't publish?! Ugh stupid wattpad! Sorry! I bet people are confused...but here is chapter four..
"Uh, Misheru?" You asked before you two actually approached the table. "How did that guy know my name?"
She didn't stop, but kept walking, "He knows everyone's name. He's a creeper, and I suggest you stay away from him."
You nodded, and you two soon approached a table. As you sat down, you noticed Senji along with two guys had settled down at the tables.
"What the hell went on over there?" Senji asked as you began to eat your food.
"Nothing, Senji. Mind your buisness would you?" Misheru snapped, glaring across the table at him.
"You little-!"
"Now, now, Senji," said a voice who quickly cut him off. "You're getting all riled up for no reason. Now, Misheru, who might this be?"
The man looked over to you, and you awkwardly caught his gaze. He had black wavy hair, and stitches along his neck, along with a collar. His eyes were a dull, yet somewhat interesting gray colour. A slight smile formed upon his lips.
"Oi, kid, introduce yourself!" Misheru urged, nudging your arm.
You quickly swallowed the food you'd been eating, and wiped your mouth.
"I'm [Y/N] [L/N], sir." You say, returning the smile.
"What a nice name," he said. "I'm Nagi Kengamine. It's a pleasure to meet you."
Then the other guy sitting at the table piped up, "And I'm Ganta Igarashi."
He had somewhat spiky black hair, and brown eyes. A bandaged was plastered against his cheek, and a collar around his neck.
'This was the guy they said I was like...' you thought.
"Oh, Ganta!" Misheru exclaimed, almost falling out of her chair. "Ganta do you recognize [Y/N]?"
Ganta's eyes flickered to yours, and his eyebrows were furrowed. You hated being intently stared at, so you looked down at your lap.
"Y-yes, I do," Ganta said, an uneasy smile forming on his lips. "She was in my Math two class, the smartest girl in there too!"
His words make your cheeks slightly turn pink, and you look away.
"You're not getting a red 'cos of a little compliment, are ya?" Misheru said, nudging you again.
"O-of course not-!"
Your sentence was cut off by Nagi, who'd suddenly spoken up.
"You don't have a collar, [Y/N]," he says, cocking his head to the side. "Are you sure you're a prisoner?"
"She is," Misheru said, pulling the shard that had been removed from your chest earlier. "She had this in her chest. It's the red man's work."
Nagi grasped the shard in his hand, and held it up to the light.
"[Y/N], please meet me in the tavern when you get a chance," he said, looking at you seriously. "Karako will be there, so you'll be able to get in."
"O-okay.." you say, suddenly losing your appetite. "Misheru, can we go back now? I don't feel too good."
"But you're wasting my UCP's!" She exclaimed, pointing at your food.
"Misheru, we have to go anyways. Look at your collar."
There was a fluid running through her collar, and it looked like something deadly. She scrunched her face up in annoyance, then stood up and exited the cafeteria.
"Come on, [Y/N ]." Senji said, after helping you dispose of your trash.
A/N : There will be two updates today! The next chapter sparks some fluff romance, and you'll find out what nagi has to say! I've gotten the courage to continue the story, and I hope you enjoy it!
