Host: Welcome to Looooooooooove Island! Where the beaches are always as hot as the lovely singles! Well, maybe they're a little hotter. Anyway, to recap what has happened on the previous episode of this gorgeous show:

Host: Whoa! You know what, all that sounded like much more in my head... anyway! We got to meet all the wonderful Islanders and hear what they are wanting to find here in the villa! Is it love, which was the most popular vote, or is it fun, which both Ponyboy and Cherry made very clear they both wanted.
Host: In this episode of Love Island there will be a mix of romance (obviously) and surprises. And maybe some jealousy. And some anger. Maybe a little bit of happiness here and there... alright, a little bit of everything! Anyhow, stay tuned in to find out more!
***The night of day one***
"So what, do we just like, start talking or something?" Steve asks, looking at everyone expectantly.
The sun had faded fast behind the distant hills, making the automatic lights around the villa flicker on. Everything was very decorative. Cherry even gave an excited bounce. Chloe and Elora exchanged glances, raising their eyebrows. All the guys were greeting one another.
"I say we open some champagne," Elora suggests from her place beside Chloe. "And then you guys can explain how you all know each other."
When everyone looked at each other, then nodded, both Elora and Chloe started for the champagne table in the outdoor kitchen. Jamie tried to go too but Darry clung to her hand as if he were glued to her.
Two-Bit noticed this and narrowed his eyes playfully. "Already found the one there, Dar?"
"Maybe," Darry replied coolly, throwing Two-Bit a look over his shoulder. "What, have you not?"
Two-Bit throws his hands in the air innocently. Darry gives a curt nod and turns his attention back on Jamie, who was staring at him the whole time. She had a faint smile plastered on her face.
Host: Well, now we know not to cross the giant over here! Watch yourself there, Two-Bit!
When the two girls reappeared with two champagne bottles and eight glasses, everyone seemed to relax. Darry finally let go of Jamie, who snatched a glass from Chloe and began filling it with champagne. Steve helped Elora pour the other Islander's glasses, and Ponyboy and Two-Bit were exchanging words with Cherry.
