First snow - Hyunho (ft. SKZ)

Non-idol au, wherein Hyunjin and Minho watch their first snow together as a couple.

"I wanna see the first snow with you."

That had been his wish ever since they kissed on New Year.

So, Minho had been determined to make it come true.

And it did come true.

It was their first snow together.

And also their last.

"You had two beers." Chan was shaking his head in disagreement at the fact that Jisung was arguing about driving.

They had just walked out of the post New Year party, all of them on certain levels of drunk, like Felix, who was tipsy, Hyunjin and Jeongin, who were pretty much wasted, and Minho and Chan, who were closest to sober.

They could have been the two drivers easily, the only problem being that Chan had an injured wrist. Changbin would have been the next option in Minho's opinion, but he wasn't any less drunk than Jisung, who was just hell bent on driving.

It was risky, and very ominous for Minho, driving in that late night fog with slippery roads due to the rain prior in the evening. He really didn't want anything disastrous happening, so he tried his best to convince to Jisung along with Chan too.

But the younger countered that they were wasting time in the cold and the night wasn't getting younger, and hence, the two elder gave in. They were exhausted too, all of them just wanted to go home. So they piled in the two cars randomly, Minho only mildly disappointed when he realised his boyfriend, Hyunjin, was in the other car, and took off into the night with a stern warning from Chan to drive slow and careful.

It was quiet during the drive, and not the good kind of quiet. Minho could see Chan's anxious gaze at the car in front of them, which was occupied by the 00' liners. Jisung was driving while Jeongin was in the shotgun. Hyunjin and Felix were cuddled in the back seat, Minho knew since he had patted his boyfriend's head and told him to take a nap with the freckled boy. Truth to be told, he was not at all confident about Jisung's driving too, especially in such a dark weather, but he was reasoning with himself that he was being fearful for no reason.

Oh how he wishes he hadn't done so.

He never saw the accident happen, none of them did, except Chan.

For Changbin was dozing off and Seungmin was just zoning out, and he himself had turned to the elder beside him, reminding him to wear his seatbelt because there was a police camp up ahead due to the bad weather. He hadn't wanted to be fined, but shit, didn't he pay an even worse price for it after all?

His gaze had been stuck to his hyung's side profile, his lips forming the sentence he had been thinking of saying, and only in those eyes did he see the mishap take place.
