Scott and Mitch walked out the door and Regan started singing "La la la" from La la Latch and Kirstie harmonized. It made Regan's eyes widen and sparkle. She will be so talented. Avi harmonized with his bass notes. Avi walked over and started dinner in the kitchen. Regan couldn't chew much, so he made some spaghetti.
After dinner, it was time for her to take a bath. Kirstie put her in her tiny pajamas that had musical notes on it. Avi laid her down in her crib and sung her a lullaby. Avi walked out and sat down on the couch next to Kirstie. "Hey," he said with a flirty smirk. No one was here besides him, Kirstie, and Regan, and Regan was asleep. Who would tell if he was flirting with her?
"Hey," Kirstie said back to him with that grin she does while singing. They both looked at each other for a few minutes. Kirstie broke it up with her adorable giggle. "So what should we do? Watch a movie?"
"Yeah that sounds good," Avi said. All he wanted to do was spend time with her. Even if it meant sitting in silence.
"What should we watch?"
"It doesn't matter."
Kirstie turned on The Wizard of Oz. "Ah I love this one," Avi said and settled into the couch. Kirstie sat back down next to his legs. Throughout the duration of the movie her head ended up on his shoulder and their legs tangled together. Kirstie looked up at Avi's face and kissed him sweetly. He kissed her back and she turned on top of him. They stood up and walked over to the wall, but then Avi tripped over Kirstie's foot and hit his head on a bar stool. He cracked his head open and it started bleeding. Kirstie started freaking out and crying. "Avi. Avi! Avi wake up! Speak to me Avi!" Her first instinct was to call Scott. She called and he answered promptly, "Hello?"
"Scott? There's been an emergency."
"We're on our way."
