I frantically scramble into a sitting position, slowly I open my eyes to a stark white room, brightly lit by blinding lights. Every wall is padded with a rubber white material. The only objects in the room are a white toilet, a sink, and a mattress adorned with a pillow, all of which are white, the door seamlessly blends in with the wall. I gather my thoughts and shakily stand up, from the corner I was previously slumped in. Im wearing a white long sleeve shirt and white pants. I don't know what Luv's and Tyrell's plan is, I just hope it doesn't involve me staying in this room for too long. The whole makeup of this cell is making me more nauseated.

I hear a low rumbling sound emiting from under the mattresses basic white blanket, I cautiously lift the blanket and see my cat. Thank God I still have him, he's my lifeline from here on out, yet...I still don't have a name for him. Carefully I lower down besides him on the hard mattress, and study his features to thoughtfully pick a name that fits him perfectly. I hesitantly reach to pet his head, and whisper in a low soothing voice "Your name shall be p/n." (P/n means pet name) he purrs louder like he agrees with his new title, I smile and relish in the moment. The moment is ruined by the sound of two sets of approaching feet.

A clanging sound echoes around me as the door is opened, by Luv and a man I've never seen before. The man notices me struggling to identify him and speaks with an eerily calm voice, "I'm Tyrell, the owner of the institute that creates and perfects replicants." He lets the words hang in the air, expecting an applause. I stare at him with hatred "You don't deserve any type of admiration, your a disgrace to humanity" Tyrell looks baffled, Luv on the other hand looks outraged. She steps forward and slaps me across the face, I spit out blood and wipe my mouth with the back of my sleeve. I fight the urge to spew more insults, and glare at the floor newly stained by my blood. Tyrell smirks, but quickly switches back to seriousness "KD 6-3.7's final mission is to track down an illegally born child, created by two replicants, and retire it. Your job is to keep K from choosing to not retire the abomination, for if the child is discovered the results would be disatrasus.

I feel my heart pound with anxiety "You expect me to make K kill someone that did nothing wrong...why in God's name would I do that" I spat out the last part, each word being laced with spitefulness. Tyrell shows no emotion "If you don't agree to follow through with the task, I will kill both of you. If you do as I say KD6-3.7 will live for 1 more mission after terminating the child, and you get to live." Luv impatiently taps her foot, and shows Tyrell his schedule on her tablet, Tyrell nods and speaks with finality in his tone; "Y/n once again, you have 2 choices either keep KD6-3.7 on track and lengthen his life for a little longer or both of you die...you have 4 days to decide" He and Luv exit as swiftly as they arrived.

I unconsciously began to pet p/n, even if I keep him on track he will only live for 1 more mission. The options are terrible, there has to be a way I can save K.
