"Your target is simple '' Ironwood shouted at the four "inside the building is a large center console, it's in a secret room behind the mess hall" he then hands Silver a card "this'll help you get in. there won't be anybody there except for some scavengers" the briefing was cut short by the over exaggerated cough. They turned around to find Penny standing at the ladder "I assume this means our afternoon plans are canceled" "Penny please, this'll only take ten minutes, twenty tops" Viktor pleaded to his sister "what are you two talking about ?" a familiar voice asked as she climbed the ladder. Weiss looked up at the scene and saw Viktor and Penny arguing, Ironwood and Mars at the console, and Apollo standing next to... oh no. "you two are the last people I wanted to see today" "geez Weiss-cream, you make it sound like we're a pair of murderers"

Weiss got onto the solid floor and stomped over to the gray haired 'hero' "First, what have I told you about calling me that, Second why are you two here? Wasn't the welcome back mission tomorrow ?" "Silver came here by accident so we decided 'why not'" Mars explained to Weiss. "Wait, Silver and Saber are back !" Whitely excitedly shouted as he climbed the ladder, Adam snickered at the mention of his old codename. "What 's even the matter Weiss-cream, this's an easy job, though I'm pretty sure you couldn't handle it" Silver taunted the heiress. Adam whispered only loud enough so that he and Silver could hear it "dude, you're making her mad" "good, i'm trying to" Adam's face shifted to utter disbelief. "You know what Midnight, I'll join you and I'll be even better than you and Saber over there" "actually I just go by Adam."

"I go by Silver when I'm in costume, Adam doesn't bother anymore" the boy explained to his friends and Weiss. The five trotted across the snowy mountains of southern Atlus "I don't use one anymore because I don't need one anymore," Adam retorted to his friend "I'm still confused why you use it, everyone knows who you are my guy you don't need a secret identity anymore." "Once again superhero, it's good for my image" Adam rolled his eyes at Silver's retort "Lemme guess, he uses that one a ton" Apollo asked the bull faunus who nodded. "We're here" Silver shouted to the group as they approached the face of the tallest mountain. "Entrance is undisturbed, good sign" Weiss noted out loud as Silver brushed off the door "hey Vik, think you can hack into-" "already tried, it's too iced over" Silver then backed up "aight, Adam chop it" The faunus complied drawing his blade and in a moment putting it back in his sheath " nice cut dude" "c'mon, it's only five feet thick" Adam boasted as the two walked over and pushed the door, revealing that the heavy metal surface had been diced into cubes about as big as a head leaving the other three shocked "well you coming or what ?" Silver rhetorically asked before his teammates regained their composure and followed them.

The five found themselves at the main hall walking by multiple rooms with strange technology. Viktor took note of this and put on his goggles, with a camera feature recording his every sight. "It's quiet" Adam noted in anticipation only to suddenly hear humming ? Adam turned to Apollo who was humming an unfamiliar tune "Dude," "what?" "Why are you doing that?" "You said it was quiet," the boy responded. Adam took a solid minute to respond "what is it" "what do you mean ?" "What song is that?" "oh it's your theme song" "my theme song ?" "Yeah, I made Silver one, I made Viktor one, I made myself one, I'm making one for all of us. I've got the tune down but I'm having trouble with the lyrics-" "alright everyone, turn right" Silver shouted to the group as they entered the completely empty cafeteria "of all the places they could hide a central computer it's the one place without any kind of other technology" "Weiss you've seen enough action movies to know what I'm gonna quote here" Silver said as the group faced the wall Ironwood told them about "I- I haven't" "course you have, everyone's-oh yeah right, you're rich. Rich people aren't allowed to watch fun movies." Silver rambled as he pulled out the card given to him by the general "excuse me you are just uncultu-" "name the last movie you watched"Silver interrupted the atlesean as he began to randomly press the card against the wall. "Well it was called 'Regaining Heart'" "mhm, and what was it about" "well it was a beautiful love story about a small town girl who moved to the big city and fell in love with a man who on the surface appeared incredibly happy with his life, but was very hurt in his ability to love and the two of them-" "yeah yeah, now Apollo what was the last movie you watched ?" "Sigh, Dino-men 2: Eraticator returns" "and what was the movie about ?" "It was about two warring factions of dinosaur people rushing to collect the missing pieces of an ancient stone table that would awaken a giant dinosaur person who would eat the sun." Weiss looked at the boy, unable to believe the words that came out of his mouth "that sounds so unbelievably stupid I'm surprised it was ever greenlit" "hey at least it's not a dime a dozen roma-" Silver was cut off by a loud *ka-chlink* the wall folded into itself and revealed the large computer in the center of the room. "Finally" Adam shouted as the five walked to it.

Viktor walked over to the console, using his semblance he issued a startup. "oh so that's what it looks like" Silver noted. Viktor continued "so your name's house huh" Weiss looked at him "computers have names?" "this one in particular, It's got this weird pseudo A.I., that's the thing Ironwood wants us to retrieve" Viktor told the group before he walked up to the computer and plugged his goggles into the machine. "Whacha doing now?" Apollo asked "house wants me to delete all the remaining files, all except the ones in the unfinished folder" the goggles then dinged with Viktor pulling them out. "Unfortunately, House isn't software himself" he then walked over to a sideport where a small green disk popped out "we'll have to bring him to the lab like this" the boy genius said as he pocketed the disk. "Well not really an issue when we can just push a button" Silver said before twisting his port badge and pushing the button, only to discover he was still in the base? "Walls are part lead, we can't port in here" Viktor stated after a quick scan "easy fix let's just walk outside" Silver said as he exited the room "I'd say this mission was a- YOU" Viktor and the others ran to the hall to see Silver squaring off with nobody?

Silver remembered the man he was facing, "it's that guy from the expo" Apollo called out from behind him "The-There's nobody there" Adam shouted at the two. The man didn't talk, instead he merely motioned for Silver to bring it. Silver took his request, charging at him "hey Silver wait up" Viktor called as the rest of his friends ran after Silver.

Silver chased the mystery man all the way outside until they were both out in the snow. "Okay, I want some answers," Silver shouted at the man before trying to land a single strike "who are you, what are you doing here, are you even gonna fight back ?" the man hopped up to the side of the mountain. "My name is irrelevant, yet the other two questions fold together nicely" the man shouted at Silver who used his aura sense to keep track of him, and to dodge a sneak attack! He looked back at his attacker to see a blonde monkey faunus, with twin meteor hammers, wearing an ugly shark mask. "Silver Shadow, meet Leo Diablos" the man shouted before Leo started a ruthless barrage of hammer swings, Silver dogged everyone he could. Silver saw an opening and grabbed both of the hammers pulling Leo's head into a double dropkick. *this guy's bad at balancing when attacking, that gives me an idea* Silver swerved his movements and when Leo swung Silver knocked him off his feet and grabbed his leg. The Silver eyed boy flung the masked faunus into the air where he followed his target, Silver kneed him in the gut and blasted himself back down. Silver positioned himself at just the right spot and blasted himself into a powerful backflip kick, the faunus boy's aura shattering on impact. "Bravo, bravo, an incredible show there Silver Shadow" the nameless mask said in a disgustingly cherry fashion. He then grabbed the unconscious warrior and like dust in the wind they vanished. "Silver, where's the danger" Apollo shouted "all gone, thanks for being late. Whatever, whatever let's just get this thing back to Ironwood" Silver ranted as the five ported away.

Viktor walked out of the port base as soon as he fully formed, he had never seen what happened if something was in the base as another ported in, but he wasn't exactly eager to find out. One after another the crew hopped out and onto solid floor all except one. "Sweet oum -" "made it" Silver shouted as he exited the base and onto the floor only to be yelled at by his friends. Viktor peeled off from the group and slipped Ironwood the disk. He looked back at his little bundle of superhuman weirdos that he called friends and laughed. No matter where Silver Shadow went, things were bound to get a little interesting.

Leo felt completely destroyed by the outcome of his first battle against his nemesis, how Silver Shadow had humiliated him in front of his mentor. He would get back at him, he WOULD DESTROY SILVER SHADOW.
