Who is that..?

(First book on a separate account so yeah!i really tried on this one so hope you enjoy! :D)
 

Sodi's POV 

I was walking around in the maze, being cautious of what was going on as I've.. been in here a very long while, before seeing a group of people I didn't recognize.

 I hide, not wanting to be seen by the new group of people. They walk by, now realizing they're going to where the griever goes during the day. I stay hidden but i follow them, wondering what they want with the griever. I look a little closer at a boy with brunette hair and a green top, he seems to have a.. gun!?

are they trying to kill this thing!? I stay behind them, hoping they'd not realize I'm following them. We arrive at the griever's 'hideout' and it's roaming around.. Are they trying to kill themselves here like seriously! This is a death wish!

Two girls go out, one seems to have black hair, golden like goggles and a blue jacket, meanwhile the other girl has blue and brown hair, and two different color eyes, quite odd if that's completely natural if I'm honest- ... they are, being loud my god- 


No POV (for now)

The griever hears them, then starts heading towards the girl with blue and brown hair, someone yells her name "MAGIC!!" the girl with goggles yell, 'Magic' seems to be paralyzed in fear, Sodi then puts on an animal skull then gets magic out of the way of the griever, then looking at the girl with goggles before getting her too.

 "Get everyone to safety, now!!" Sodi yells and they all start running, leaving Sodi with the griever, Sodi starts to run too, but getting it away from the others. Sodi doesn't know these people and is already risking its life to safe them. 

Owen's POV

We all started running, now scared of the griever and whoever that person was. But thankfully, Both Squidney and Magic are safe. After running a long while, we make it back to the clearing, it already seems to be morning as the gates start opening. "Magic, are you okay? what happened back there!?" I sound frantic, having brother like instincts (I see them having a sibling like relationship-) "Owen-! I'm fine, I'm not hurt thanks to the person we don't even know-" Magic says reassuringly, trying to make me not worried.

 I sigh of relief, thankful that she isn't hurt anywhere. "Squidney- are you okay?" I say calmly, hoping that she isn't hurt either. "Owen, I'm fine" Squidney says, she seems out of breath, I bring them both back to their houses, making sure they get there safely. 

 I start walking back to my house, just tired and stressed before seeing the person that helped us behind a tree. I look at them confused and now curious. I start walking towards it, they start running seeming to realize I saw it. "Hey wait!!" i yell wanting the person to stop so i can thank them, then i start chasing after them


Sodi's POV

I kept running, not wanted the brunette to catch me, or ask me questions- wait, what if just he just wanted to thank me- there's no reason to stop for that, is there?

I stop, then turning around to see the brunette. Just staring at him, now curious to see what he wants. "Jesus- you are a fast runner" The brunette says, a little tired now. "But I wanted to thank you for saving Magic and Squidney- that means a lot to me plus knowing we have no idea who you are- thank you." He smiles softly while looking at Sodi.

"Oh uhm- your welcome I guess!-" I chuckle a little. "It wasn't that much if I'm honest- just another normal Monday " I say calmly while the brunette looks at me "What's your name? My name is Owen." Owen says. "My name.. just call Skelli, cause I'm not comfortable sharing my real name at the moment-" I said, hoping he didn't ask more questions on why I do, what I do-

We started talking after that for a little while, just finding out stuff about eachother
