Jane:
"I heard there was going to be a new student" My brother will, told me. "ooh, that's cool. What's their name?" i responded, excitedly.
"i heard that her name is maxine."
"hm." i hummed. Suddenly the bell rang. I'm sorta excited to meet this person.

We walk into class, greeting the teacher and sitting in the back of the class. The teacher started talking about some stupid shit. Before the door opens slowly, a short red head walking in with her head down. "Oh hello maxine!" the teacher tells her. "h-hi.." stutters the red head. "why don't you introduce yourself?" the teacher asks. "um.. my name is- is.. maxine..-but you could call me max.." she says, quietly. hm. "okay! max, how old are you?" the teacher questions. "i-m fourteen.." she mumbles, fiddling with her fingers, glancing everywhere except the front of the class. "um..okay. Why don't you go sit next to jane. Jane raise your hand." I raise my hand. The red head looks at me before shyly walking over, sitting next to me with her head down. I decided to start a conversation with her. "hey! your name is max right?" i ask her, even tho i already knew the answer. "mhm.." she hummed. "um, where are you from?" i ask. "u-uh.. i dont know." i find this odd. "oh. Okay, well my name is jane, do you want to be friends?"
"i- sure.." she says, eyes wide. I was a bit confused on why she's surprised, but ok.

Lunch:
the bell just rang, it's time for lunch. I smile and grab max's hand so we could go to the cafeteria. Once we got there, i found will sitting at a table with mike. I wave at them and pull max with me. We sit down on the table bench. "hey guys!" i told them, giving mike a kiss. "hey! who is that." mike says, annoyed, pointing at the red head, max lowers her head. "um this is max, she's new." i introduce her. "um, okay i guess" mike says, rolling his eyes. I look over to max, to see that she has tears in her eyes. I frown. "um, we'll be right back." i tell my brother and boyfriend, grabbing max's hand, dragging her to the bathroom. I pull her into a stall, her bottom lip was quivering while she looked down to the floor, "max.." i frown. She looks up at me before bursting into tears. I quickly pull her onto my chest, hugging her tightly. She wraps her arms around my torso while i tighten mine on her waist. She sobs into my chest while i whisper nice things in her ear. She eventually calms down, she's still crying and shaking but a lot less now. I slowly pull away from the hug, looking down at her. I frown. "are you okay..?" i ask her. She nods slowly. I pull her into another hug. "sorry about mike, he could be like that sometimes." i whisper to her. "i-it's ok.." she mumbles in my chest. I sit down on the toilet and pull her onto my lap, so it's easier to hug her. She has her arms around my neck while one of mine is around her waist and the other in her hair, caressing it, her head stuffed into my neck, i feel something wet dropping on it, i pull back from the hug and look into her eyes, i notice that she started crying again so i pull her back in until she calms down. Once she wasn't crying anymore, i stood up with max still wrapped around me, she pulls her head back and looks at me. "let's rinse your face, yeah?" i say softly. "mhm." she hummed, getting off me. We walked out the stall and over to the sink. I grab some toilet paper and wet it. I turn to max, kneeling down a bit so i could reach her face. I take the wet toilet paper and wipe her eyes and cheeks. Once i'm done, i stand up straight and max looks up at me. "thank you.." she says quietly. I smile and hug her. "no problem, do you want to skip?" i ask her. "okay" she says with a tiny smile. This makes me smile wider. I take her hand and drag her out the bathroom and out of school.

"where- where are we going?" the redhead asks me. "to the park!" i say with a smile. "oh okay!" she smiles with her teeth. I'd be lying if i said that wasn't the cutest thing i've ever seen in my life. I smile even more and start sprinting to the park. "HEY! WAIT FOR ME!!" max yells from behind me. I giggle and stop running, waiting for max to catch up. She gets here and is breathing heavily. "th-that's not fair! i have little legsss!!" she whined. I laugh. "come on then, let's go." i say, picking her up and putting her on my shoulders, placing my hands on her thighs. I start sprinting again. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" max screams, i burst out laughing. "IM NOT GONNA DROP YOU! DONT WORRY!!" I SHOUT. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" her voice breaks from her screaming so loud. I widen my eyes and burst out laughing for the second time. "YOU SOUND LIKE A FUCKING SEAGULL." i shout, laughing. Max whines and bursts into tears. "...." i put her down and turn toward her, just to see her smiling. "YOU BITCH! I THOUGHT YOU WERE ACTUALLY CRYING!" i yell. "IM SORRYYYY!" she whines. I laugh and pick her back up, putting my arms around her waist to keep her from falling, she has her arms around my neck while her head is under my chin. I then start sprinting to the park again. "JANEEEE!!" max yells. "BAHSHGSHAHAHAH" i laugh loudly. We eventually reach the park, i set max down and look at her and see that she is frowning. "what's wrong, red?" i ask, teasing her. She frowns more. "i thought you were gonna drop me." she pouted. I chuckle, and pull her into a hug, wrapping my arms around her shoulders, since she's like- really short, while her head is tucked into my chest. I pull back to see her slightly smiling. We hang out in the park for a bit until she has to go home. "come here shorty" i say, chuckling and reaching out my arms toward the red head, she walked over and puts her arms in the air and i pick her up. I start walking to her house.

"we are here!" i tell her, not getting a response. I giggle and wake her up. "hm" she says, "we're here" i say placing her down. She frowns. "aww!" she pouted. "hey, i'll see you tomorrow?" i ask. "mhm." i lean down and kiss her on the cheek. "bye max!" i say walking away.

Max:
i smile after she walks away, my smile quickly turning into a frown, knowing she's probably gonna leave me like everyone else has. I walk to my front door and go inside. I see Neil sitting on the couch, waiting for me. I try to quietly go to my room but ended up stepping on a beer can. I freeze. Neil looks at me. "maxine. you are late." he growls. "i-im sorry.." i say quietly. He stands up and storms towards me, i back up into a wall and look up at him, terrified. He pins me to the wall and punches me, i gasp, tears falling from my eyes. He slaps me, kicks me, punches me, until i'm on the ground, sobbing. "ne-neil! i'm sorry! please, i won't be late again!" i sob. He picks me and and goes upstairs to my room. My eyes widen, i already know what's gonna happens next. He gets to my room and throws me on my bed. He shuts the door and locks it, walking over to me, unbuckling his pants. "neil! please.." i sob, trying to get up. He pins me to the bed and rips off my clothes, leaving me in my underwear and bra. He starts kissing my neck, running his wrinkly hands down my body. I try and squirm but it's no use. He pulls down his pants and boxers, before ripping the only clothing i had covering me off. I sob and scream, trying to free from his grasp. He then shoved it in me, going in and out, rough. I scream at the top of my lungs, hopping this would stop..

Jane:
I was walking home. Once i got home, i went to the bathroom. I take a shower. Once it as done washing myself, i got out and put on my pajamas. I walk to my bed, laying down smiling. Can't wait to see max tomorrow. I soon doze off..
