Maddox likes Juniper. Maddox likes Juniper as more than just a friend and it was screwing with her mind. Half of her was all giddy and bubbly but the other half felt like jumping off a cliff. She didn't know if she was fully ready to talk to Juniper about it that minute. She does want to tell Juniper before camp is over but the idea of Maddox talking to her is scaring her to much at the moment
Madison had just left with one finial good luck for her and Juniper and now Maddox was heading over to the dance because she is ready to let her guard down and get her brother back. She was gonna take this night one thing at a time.
Maddox walked into the barn from the back door and looked out to the dance floor from back stage and felt like she stopped breathing for a second. She has seen Juniper all dressed up already today but just watching her laugh and dance around the room with a beautiful smile on her face, to Maddox, Juniper looked so breathtaking. Juniper was so lovely and compassionate and deserved everything. Maddox wanted to be that person to give her everything and anything and she is gonna make sure Juniper knows that.
Juniper, while still a bit upset from earlier, was at the dance dancing with her best friends and was gonna put a smile on her face the whole night no matter what. She was talking to Jett still trying to convince him to dance with her to get his mind off of his and Maddox's sorta fight but Jett was saved by the Carlos as he began calling for her.
"Carlos where is the fire? You were yelling my name so loud I thought you were dying," Juniper rushed over to the boy not even noticing the stranger that was next to her.
Carlos laughed before he explained with possibly the biggest smile she's seen on him all week, "No fire Juniper, I just wanted you to meet my boyfriend Seb!"
