Faye had never really been a fan of fencing, especially when she beat everyone in the school — even Bianca. Though Faye had a lot of practice from over the years, competing with the students over the years. She had even started competing with Michael to keep them both sharp. So like normal, Faye sat in her mothers office, in front of the fire, taking a sip of the coffee she had gone and gotten from the local coffee place in town.
"Hey there Faye." Michael says, entering the office, "Hey Mike." She says, a teasing smile on her face. "Your mom already leave you?" He asks her, Faye nods, "Yea. She was here for like ten minutes, but then she ran out claiming she had to "fulfill her headmaster duties"." She tells him.
Michael nods, knowing that Faye had never really gotten the attention she needed when she was a child — at least from her mother. She always got attention from the students, and some from the teachers.
"Mind if I join you?" Michael asks, setting down papers on Larissa's desk, "Please." Faye says, gesturing to the chair sat across from her, Michael walks over, taking a seat.
It was silent between the two, "So how's teaching?" Faye asks, taking a sip of her coffee. Michael nods, "It's good." He tells her, a smirk playing in his lips, "How's school? Better yet, how's Cassian?" Michael asks
Faye rolls her eyes, a light blush going to her face, "Shut up." She tells him, "Oh come on. I wanna know all the tea." Michael states. "Have you ever even found anyone in this school slightly attractive?" He asks her, knowing she'd never had a boyfriend before.
Faye shakes her head, "Nope." She answers, popping the p. "Not even Ajax or Xavier." Faye still shakes her head, "Ajax is like a brother to me, and I don't exactly care for Xavier." Faye tells him.
"Well this Cassian dude sounds special then." Michael jokes, Faye rolls her eyes, laughing at the joke.

Enid sat next to Faye in the loft — she was telling Faye all about the match that Wednesday and Bianca had. "So after Bianca cut her forehead, everyone was quiet! It was weird, and then Bianca says 'Your face finally got that splash of color it so desperately needed'. And the she chuckles." Enid tells her, getting mad at the girl.
"So then I spoke up and said, 'Don't get cocking Bianca, we all know Faye could beat you in under a minute' and I rolled my eyes at her." Enid explains happily.
Faye chuckles, knowing that Enid was correct, seeing as Faye was completing with adults, and sometimes if her mother had the money and time, Faye competed with professionals.
"Oh!" Enid yells, bringing Faye out of her thoughts, "You should've seen Cassians face. He was shocked, and then he smiles.. or smirk. I couldn't tell!" She explains, wiggling her eyebrows suggestively.
"Shut up." Faye tells her jokingly, a light blush rising to her cheeks as she laughs along with Enid. "No, but seriously. Do you have a crush on him?" Enid asks, eager to know the answer.
"I don't know." Faye shrugs, "I talked to Michael about it.. and uh..." she trails off, "You talked to Mr Harrison about this?" Enid asks, Faye just nods. "Well, this must be important. Spill." Enid tells her, leaning forward to hear all the details.
"Ok. Fine, but you have to promise not to blog about it." Faye says, knowing Enid had never actually blogged about her life, but she made a habit to say it so Enid isn't tempted.
"I promise." Enid says, sticking out her pinky, Faye wrapping her pinky around Enids. "Ok, well when Michael and I were talking, he made me realize that I've never found any of the Nevermore boys attractive. Nor even the townies." Faye explains.
