"Our job is so boring," Jared, the Borg tower security guard, walked through the halls of the tower, an older security guard, Brian walking with him. They had been guarding the tower for a decent amount of time, as usual nothing has happened.
"No it isn't," Brian said. His flashlight searching the area for intruders. None found of course. The two walked through another hall way, the doors shut behind them. A click signaling that the door was locked. The two stopped and looked at each other.
"What was that?" Jared had a scared look on his face. He gripped his flash light with both hands and shined it on the door. Nothing. He found nothing.
Brian opened his mouth to answer but was frozen in shock when a black misty tentacles slipped through the door. The two began running. The tentacle was at their heels. Jared made the mistake of looking behind him self. He tripped over his own foot and fell to the ground. This went unnoticed by the older man as he ran through the hallways of the building.
An elevator could be seen in the distance. The old man picked up his pace. The tentacle wasn't as close to him now. Brian slammed himself into the elevator and frantically pressed the buttons. The doors closed before the tentacle got inside. Silly old Brian forgot that the tentacles could go through doors. The tentacle filled the elevator with a black mist. Suffocating the guard. He stood there frozen as rock.
The elevator rose to its next destination. The door opened and a few people were on the other side. Their faces filled with horror at the frozen old man. Screams rang through the building. Everyone was running. To where? They didn't know. Only away from the deadly mist. Not until all but one was frozen were the phone calls made.

Lloyd entered the monastery to see the ninja hovered around Zane who was answering the phone. Nya put her finger to her lips, telling Lloyd to be quiet. Lloyd, with a confused look on his face, walked over to the rest of the ninja.
"Okay, yes, we'll be there as soon as possible." Zane answered. He hung up the phone and turned to face the rest of the ninja. A solemn expression on his face. He sighed.
"Black tentacles have started to spread across the city, turning who ever it touches into stone statues. It has already taken everyone in Borg tower, except one person. That was the person who just called." Everyone nodded along with Zane's words. Each of they trying to figure out a plan. They all turned to Lloyd, who was their master. Lloyd sighed.
"At the moment we should try to collect as many citizens as we can, so they don't get caught. We'll bring them here and then go see what we can do against the cloud?" Lloyd said rubbing his hands together. "That's the plan. Alright... Ninjaaa!"
"Go!" And they were off.
The ninja bordered their new-old ship. Each of them in position as Zane walked over to the control. He pushed the starting level, only for the ship to start flying backwards.
"Zane? What are you going? We are supposed to be going forewords not backwards!" Jay exclaimed as he picked himself off from the floor, he dusted his Gi off and gave Zane a playful glare. He rushed over to Nya who was still on the floor and helped her up.
"It seems like someone must've wired the system wrong." Zane muttered to him self. He switched the sticker to the opposite way. He pulled the lever back and began to fly the ship. Correctly this time.
They flew for a bit until they stopped upon the police officers. The commissioner stood in front of the black clouds with five officers. Their attacks did nothing to stop the cloud. The cloud however, only stared at them, waiting for them to anything useful. The waiting was useless for the officers weak attempts did nothing to the cloud.
Just as the cloud was about to strike back, five ropes speared from the sky and 5 color coded angels slid down them. The ninja. They landed I front of the officers. Looking like ants compared to the massive swarm of darkness. But their courage, however, was bigger than the entire cloud. The officers sighed in relief, sensing that they weren't going to get eaten by the dark.
"Ninja! What can we do to help you?" Th commissioner said to the ninja. Well more of Lloyd than the others.
"Form a perimeter and we'll do the rest," Lloyd turned his attention back to the cloud. But something felt strange. His body wanted, his mind wanted, heck, everything of him wanted to enter the cloud of disgustingly evil darkness. It was like a string drawing him nearer and nearer. He tried to resist but the pull was to hard. A hand was placed on his shoulders. Kai. Lloyd did not react to the gesture. (NO GREENFLAME 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂)
"Dude.. you good?" Kai asked. Lloyd attention returned to the problem at hand. He shook his head as if to break the hold of the darkness. Surprisingly it worked. The calling had stopped calling him.
"Yeah... I'm good." Lloyd flipped his mask on an position himself in front of the cloud. The rest of the ninja followed. Each of them in a different fighting stance. "On three, we all use our powers. Got it?"
Nods and murmurs of agreement confirmed Lloyd's plan.
"1"
The darkness stayed still, waiting for the ninjas attempts.
"2"
All the ninjas' hands lit up in their respective elements. Each of the, eager to defeat this enemy and move on.
"3!"
Energy was shot. Nothing happened. Fire was shot. It disappeared into the cloud. Lightning and ice was shot. It rendered useless. Earth plummeted into the darkness. Nothing. Absolutely nothing worked to stop the darkness. This enemy was neither giving up nor getting defeated anytime soon.
