Alex's P.O.V
I don't know why, but I have a strong urge to get at her. The fact that she's playing hard to get will make getting at her much more interesting.
I got home and laid on my bed. It was almost summer break, and i would have more of an advantage then. My little sister Lauren came in my room.
"Mom said you gotta clean your room that we're having guest's for dinner."
"I didn't know dinner was going to be served in my room" I mumbled
"Your room Is fit for dinner with RATS not humans" she said with a smug
"Shut up and get your ass out" she walked out laughing.
I wonder who the guests are, smh better be someone important if I gotta clean my room for them.

Margarett's P.O.V
"Mom do I have to go?" I whined
"Yes, your brother is out with his friends so you have no choice but to come with me. It'll be fun, you could even make a new friend" she smiled while driving.
She had met a new co-worker at her job and they just so happened to have become best friends. Her friend had invited us to dinner too.
We got there and it was a pretty big house, about the same size as ours. I rang the bell, and as the door swung open I couldn't believe who was standing there.
Alex.
"Hello mrs. Johnson I'm Alex nice to meet you" he said all polite
"Hello Alex, it's a pleasure to meet you too" she said smiling at him
My mom stepped in the house, and I followed behind her.
"What a Pleasant surprise" he said low enough for only me to hear him
"Pleasant is an over statement" I said sternly
We walked to the dining table, and were soon greeted by Mrs. And Mr. Williams, and a little 12 year old girl named Lauren.
We all sat down on the table, while Mrs. Williams went to get some of the food.
Alex, planted himself in the seat next to me, and smirked.
I sighed annoyed , This was gonna be a long dinner.
Hey! Woah who knew Alex and margarretts moms were already friends. 😮 That sure was a surprise. Let's just hope Alex doesn't pull any strings with margarrett😅 keep reading and we'll see what he does. Bye!
