Drive-in

Margarrett's P.O.V

"Alright" I smiled and we headed to the car.
"What movie are going to see?" He asked, now starting the car
"Jurassic World" I smiled. The commercials make that movie look so interesting.
"Oh, cool." I could tell he would have thought I'd pick Cinderella or something girly.
Expect the unexpected, boo.
I smirked.
He caught a glimpse of me smirking.
"Why the smirk?" He said now smirking
"Self achievement" I said simply
He shook his head, laughed lightly and continued focusing on the road.
We got to the Drive-in, and started watching the movie.
It was really interesting, even in the beginning.
"Pass the fucking popcorn" Alex demanded
"Pfft, not with that attitude and that language" I said, pulling the popcorn closer to me and focusing on the screen.
"Ugh, okay. Please pass the popcorn"
I looked at him, and laughed, and handed him the popcorn tub.
The things we do for food.
I'd do anything for food.
Mmh.. Maybe not anything.
A familiar car caught my attention, from next to me. I tried to make out who was in the car.
Slowly I realized who it was.
Tre!
I was about to yell his name until I noticed another person in the passengers seat.
It was a girl.
It was Stacy.
FUCKING STACY.
The same Stacy that hated my guts at Lincoln because Tre and I were close friends and she wanted him but he didn't want her.
She thought it was because he had something for me, but I was never really sure it was that. I mean she's pretty and all but she's a bitch.
Total bitch.
Ugh, she disgusts me.
And the fact that Tre and her are dating. Right after I got to Jefferson disgusts me more.
But I was more hurt then disgusted, why would he do that? And if he was dating her why couldn't he tell me?
Wow that's why. That's why he said "I'll talk to you when I have time."
He doesn't have time for me, we were best friends.
I was really close to crying until Alex called my name.
" Margarrett are you okay? What happened?" He sounded really concerned.
I looked down at my hands.
"Mhm, I'm fine" I said trying to sound okay but my voice cracked at the end.
I could tell he wasn't convinced.
The movie was over and people were staring to leave.
I looked at the Tre and Stacy. Tre just kissed her.
Ugh.
"Who's he?" He asked.
I guess he must have seen them too.
"No one important." I said lowly
We headed to my house, on the way there it was silent, only the music playing.
We got to my house, and Alex followed me In to my house.
I was to emotional to tell him to leave.
I crouched up on the couch and hugged a pillow.
Alex sat next to me and held my head to look at him.
"Are you okay?" He asked
His eyes were soft, and were caring.
I broke.
I hugged him and cried.
He hugged me back, and we stayed that way until my sobs put me to sleep.

🌸🌸😕. Awh. Poor Margarrett. Some best friend that is. 😒. Anyways this is short but I tried 😁😁. Aha.
