There is no doubt Chandra loves her brother with all her heart, but she is becoming too overwhelmed by him as time goes by. Every since the bear attack Dream has been overprotective of her. In other words, doing things that are over the top, such as safeguarding her, shielding her from danger, or supervising her to an obsessive degree. Dream never leaves his sister alone. She believes her brother can't balance his concern with respect for her independence and freedom at this point.
In Dream's eyes, he acts in his sister's best interest, but in Chandra's eyes, he comes across as overbearing, controlling, or bossy. Even though she understands his concern for her safety. Who is she kidding? Her brother is some type of yandere. An overprotective one at that. She does not feel sorry for the villagers once they get here.
Chandra just knows bodies will hit the floor if they do anything to her. Because she is going to tell her brother everything that happens if they do. The only thing she could get him to do is not kill the children in front of her. Don't get Chandra wrong she doesn't condom child murder but even the kids are little sh*ts. If she remembers Canon right.
In spite of this, she is willing to give them a chance first since she has never met them. There is a slight possibility that she will be able to stop her brother from killing them if she does that. Speaking of her brother, she had seen him standing guard with a sword in hand at the edge of the tree of feeling in front of her. Though he stood there with a cheerful demeanor, Chandra knew better. She signed to herself as she walked over to him.
Chandra: Brother we need to talk.
Dream: Yes dear sister?
Chandra: I know the reason you are acting like this right now is because of what happened, and I have no desire to stop you.
Dream: You are not? Why?
Chandra: I don't think I could anyways. If I did you would probably try to do something unreasonable.
Dream: ......
In a fit of nervousness, Dream looked away from his sister, not wanting to meet her gaze. Seeing her brother's reaction Chandra summoned her guns all four of them. Pulling off a bayonetta gun fighting style with guns in hands and guns on feet. They all pointed at him. She may not be powerful enough to make many negative bullets to take on him on but she can make them count.

Dream: Hey, it's nothing terrible! I was just planning to put you somewhere safe from the outside world.

Dream nervously laughed at his sister's threat as she put her guns away. Chandra crossed her arms and gave her brother a serious look.
Chandra: Look here, Brother. I will not stop you from protecting me, but I want to be free. Even if I don't do much of it as it is. And please if you do kill something or someone don't do it in front of me. I dislike it. I find it unsettling, but if you need to protect yourself or me you can do so. Also no killing innocent children or people or monsters I hate that the most. Other than that I will follow whatever you say. Deal?
