3rd person pov ~~

"Ken eat slowly. You're gonna choke." Narumi said as she saw Ken just devouring the whole food.
"I might not live tomorrow. So, I must fill my stomach before dying." Ken smiled an idiotic smile which made Yuusei and Narumi annoyed. Like, how can he joke around on dying anyways.
'Cough''Cough' Ken actually choked.
"See, I told you that you will choke if you eat like that." Narumi patted his back as she came over to his side.
Ken looked over to Narumi and his face were few inches away from her. He could feel his heart picking up pace and blood rushing over his face. He felt his face heat up.
"'Cough' 'Cough' I think you can stop patting now. I am alright." Ken put up his hand around his mouth to hide his blushing face from her.
Narumi looked at Yuusei who was already aware of the events and he was already surpassing his laugh. Narumi just rolled her eyes. She was already aware of Ken's feelings towards her but she never thought about it though. But the earlier incident made a toll on her mind. Could it be that she liked him? But she liked someone else. But what's the point of liking the person who can't return the feeling to you? Instead of that, giving the person, who likes you, another chance wouldn't be that bad right?
"Narumi?"
She became startled for once but soon came to reality.
"Narumi, what happened you seem lost?" Ken asked.
"Uh.... I think I spaced out." Narumi tried to give a small smile.
"Ken called you for like three times. Is it anything serious?" Yuusei asked. He was not a person who shows much emotions around but you can see him caring for his teammates.
"Just thinking about a thing my mom told me..... That's it." Narumi said hiding the part of what her mom said.
"Oh..... Was she sick again?" Ken asked in a voice of concern.
"Yeah, she had a fever when I left for mission. She is okay now though." Narumi answered.
"Oh... Everything is good then. I think we must focus on eating." Ken showed a wide grin and the others smiled too.
They ate rest of their dinner peacefully and left the restaurant.
"The meal was good. Wasn't it?" Ken said and others hummed.
"We should come here often, don't you think?" Ken asked with a big smile on his face.
"We shouldn't waste our money." Yuusei deadpaned.
"I agree. Sometimes eating with friends is good but not everytime." Narumi just added more theory to annoy the shit out of Ken.
"You guys are just some emo. I am never going to eat with you from now on forever." Ken crossed his arms and looked away from from his teammates.
"Yeah, then from now on don't come after us, after finishing missions, yelling
'Guys, the mission was successful let's enjoy our times'." Narumi said coo-ing the last part.
But instead of becoming angry he blushed.
"Yeah, whatever whatever. Yuusei, I am going to the hospital. My dad told me to meet him after finishing our dinner. Do you wanna come along." Ken said and Yuusei looked at Narumi.
"You guys go ahead. I can go home alone." Narumi gave them a soft smile and the boys just nodded.
Ken and Yuusei moved forward to leave. They were already walking side by side then Narumi called them.
"Guys....."
They turned their head back and,
"Bye bye."
Narumi waved her goodbye and gave them a soft smile.
Ken blushed and looked away while Yuusei laughed seeing his reaction.
Yuusei looked at Ken who was still avoiding his gaze.
"When you're gonna tell her?"
"I don't know. May be later." Ken said still looking away.
Narumi didn't noticed Ken's blushing face so she just walked ahead.
She continued walking holding a smile on her face. She was about 100 or 200 metres away from their compound road then her eyes fell on a certain boy with Uchiha symbol in his back. She didn't had any trouble figuring out who that boy is because of his orange and blue cloth combination.
"Obito......" She called him a little louder than her usual voice.
Obito looked back and saw her coming towards him. He actually stopped.
Well, they do know eachother. They are from the same clan and their houses were few blocks away from each other. So, the result is they see each other often. Narumi is the one who egarly talked with him. She knew he didn't had any parents and he lived alone. So not actually out of pity but actually she talked with him to give him some company.
Obito also talked with her. She was from the same clan as him and mostly he talked with her because she treated him as a normal person. He knew she didn't talked with him out of pity or something. He kinda liked her company even if she was one year younger than him.
"Narumi.... Why are you out here at this late?" Obito asked as she came beside him.
"Nothing important. I went to the restaurant with my teammates. What about you?" She asked.
"Nothing for me too actually. I went to Ichiraku for dinner." Obito answered and started walking. She joined him too.
"Oh..... Did you went alone or with your team?" Narumi asked.
"Actually I asked Rin to eat with me. So she came along." Obito said and looked at the dirt road.
"Ooo..... So you finally have the courage to ask her out huh." Narumi smirked and said the line with a playful tone.
"Huh..... I would be the most happiest person on the earth if I have done that. But guess what, I don't even stand a chance. Rin still likes that Bakashi. I don't know what people see in him. He is just an arrogant bastard who doesn't even cares for his friends. You know last time he almost left me and Rin alone with our client. If Minato Sensei hadn't come in the right time then we would have almost lost our client." Obito sounded a little angry.
"You don't like Kakashi right?" Narumi said in a soft tone.
"Like that Bakashi? In your dreams. Who can ever like him? He is just a selfish brat." Obito sounded more angry now. The atmosphere heated up rather than to Narumi's unexpectation.
"Obito don't talk like...." Narumi started to make him clam down but couldn't finish.
"Oh.... Narumi don't you say right now that you like him too. Well I don't mind though. He is so cool you know with that mask around his face. But that coolness is nothing when you don't have a heart. Tch.... Everyone is just obsessed with a heartless baka." Obito picked up his pace and walked further than Narumi.
"Obito wait..." Narumi had to run a little to catch up with him.
"I don't think you should talk about a person like that. Do you know about his father?" Narumi continued walking beside him.
"Why do I need to know about his father? He would be another emo like him." Obito sounded more annoyed this time.
"Don't tell me you don't know who is his father?" Narumi sounded surprised. How can he not know about his teammates?
"You sound like a fangirl, you know? And I have no interest in his family matters." Obito continued walking and Narumi stopped. She held his shoulders from the back and make him look at her.
Obito was now annoyed. He was not in the mood to hear stories about his white headed teammate and specially not from Narumi.
"What are you doing Narumi? I am not in a mood to talk about him. If you are gonna blabber about him then go find another person. I have no interest in this."
"You surely don't know that he is the son of white fang." Narumi tried to sound clam as always.
Obito's eyes widened hearing her words.
"What!!! He is the son of white fang!! I don't believe you. You must be lying." Obito said trying to make her point fake.
"Why would I be lying? Haven't you noticed the sword in Kakashi's back?" Now it's Narumi's turn to become annoyed but she kept her cool.
"I have seen that but..... What does this means to me anyways? Don't tell me to behave better with him now that I know who his father is. But that doesn't matter anyways right? Cause I heard he  died." Obito tried to sound cool but he just make her angry.
"I thought you were better than this." Narumi mouthed but it clearly reached Obito's ears.
"What do you mean by that?" Obito said.
"I thought when you team up with someone then you must share each others problems. Not bad mouth them whenever you get the chance." Narumi sounded angry.
"What are you talking about?" Obito on the other hand lost clue of everything.
Narumi took a deep sigh.
"You surely don't know anything. You know His father committed suicide right infront of his eyes when he was a mere genin of 6 years." Narumi's voice sounded sad and this line caused Obito's eyes to widen.
"My father was one of the people who were close with his father. This things shouldn't be a thing I should talk about but I think you should know. I overheard this things between a conversation of my mom and my dad." Narumi finished.
"What else is there?" Obito now seemed more clam than earlier.
"Sakumo Hatake, the white fang, was  actually on incharge of a dangerous mission. There was a time when he had to choose between his comrades and the mission. To save the life of his comrades he abandoned the mission. Which was against the shinobi rules. But the villagers called him a weak captain and a failure. He had to face a mental break down because of this. One night his mental health went overboard and he ended up taking his own life infront of his own son's eyes. From now on then Kakashi forced himself to live a life according to the shinobi rules. I guess that's why sometimes he acts like this."
Obito stayed silent for some times. He needed to process the details. Yes it's right that Obito himself didn't had any parents but he can't even imagine the amount of pain of seeing them die right infront of his eyes.
"How did your father know this?" Obito finally spoke after a good long five minutes.
"He was one of the member in his team. Thanks to the white fang that my father is alive." Narumi tried her best to smile to cheer Obito up.
She knew she shouldn't have said this to Obito but one day he would end up knowing anyways. So knowing this early wouldn't hurt right.
"Why are you telling me this?" Obito said with a questionable look in his face.
"Because the one valuable bond you can form with the other shinobis is friendship. Friendship is the one of the most important and precious thing someone can have with other people. Now that you know Kakashi's backstory you have a little sympathy for him don't you?" Narumi asked with a soft smile.
"Yeah, you can say that. I feel a little bad though." Obito said looking at the dirt infront of his eyes.
"You say things like this so easily. Have you felt the thing like, the value of friendship or something like that?" Obito asked throwing a questioning look at Narumi.
"Yes, I have. Wanna hear a thing?" Narumi said as she started walking. Obito joined her too.
"What is it?"
"Before I realised the goodness of friendship, I had to go through a phrase of hatred and jealousy. I felt so jealous and hatred towards the person. But then one thing happened that made me realise that friendship is much better than hatred and the stupid jealousy. I learnt to value the bonds that I had created with the people. Well, the person form whom I learnt the feeling of friendship is actually 3 years older than me." Narumi looked at the dirt road and smiled.
"Wow.... Who is that person?" Obito asked out of curiosity.
"Yumo Kaname. Ken's elder sister." Narumi's face became serious as she walked with him.
"Wow.... I didn't knew he had a sister. Where is she now?" Obito asked without knowing anything.
Narumi stopped for a second then again started walking. A saddened expression was visible on her face.
"She is at the hospital."
"Oh... So, is she a medic nin like Ken?"
Obito asked and suddenly regreted the question as he saw Narumi stopped walking and her face became more sad.
