You were currently sat on the floor, watching Mash do his training like always, his feet were moving rapidly that you couldn't even see what was happening, and the fact that he was holding those weights like nothing. A small smile sat on your face as you had your head rested in the palm of your hand, just watching him. There was a squirrel next to you who was shivering at the sight

''He's always like this, little squirrel...kinda scary for you, isn't it?'' You mumbled as you carefully stroked the squirrel's small head with your finger

''There there...'' You cooed as you continued to stroke it's small furry head, trying to calm it down

...

''I have these acorns for you, here you go, little one'' You smiled as you placed one acorn in its hand, the squirrel seemed to have noticed the acorn, it looked up at you, you pointed at the small pile of acorns in front of it

And just like that, the little squirrel took the acorns and ran back into the forest. You noticed Mash was finished aswell, so you quickly got up and jogged over to him

''Time to head home for more cream puffs'' Mash said calmly, you smiled at him

So then, you and Mash had a race back home and just like before, you both tied, not that you minded, Mash was a great rival in that aspect. You both were standing infront of the door

''Hmm...push or pull? I forgot'' Mash said as he was thinking, just then, you felt your spider sense tingle

???

''Looks like we have uninvited guests...'' Your voice was calm, causing Mash to look over

''You knew we'd come for the kid, so that's why you hid him, along with the girl who was with him''

''Since the dawn of recorded history, magic has kept our world flourishing, Do you know why? It's because we expel the lowest of the low, those who can't use magic from the gene pool''

''It sounds harsh, but their sacrifice is for the good of society. Really, they weren't born with what it takes to survive anyway. Or should I say...they never should have been born''

Hearing this angered you big time now, but you and Mash kept listening to what what was being said inside, you heard Regro yell at you both to run away, which made your eyes widen, however, you weren't just going to sit around. You kicked the door open, breaking it further than it already was. As you crashed through, you kicked away a person that standing there, causing whoever else was inside to look over.

''Hey Punk!'' One of the officers yelled, but Mash grabbed their shirt and ripped it open and continuously slapped the crap out of him

...

''Why...why didn't you both run?'' Regro asked tiredly, you walked over to him and tended to his wounds
