THE INSTAGRAM POST BEING the first thing daisy saw when she awoke seemed like some sort of sick joke the world was playing on her, tear stains still being evident on her cheeks from the activities of the night prior.
her stomach twisted uncomfortably, knowing exactly who mattias was. he had been gracie's friend since they were kids, but he always eyed her up and down whenever they were together, and you had to be blind to not realize he wasn't pining over her. he looked like he was a second away from ripping her clothes off anytime they were together, even if daisy was a few inches away.
any time she tried to bring it up during their relationship gracie shut her down, promising her he was just a friend and brushing her concerns off, telling her it was just how he acted, telling her she was the only one she could ever have eyes for.
