I want you to stay

Everyday without you
Was a pain for my heart
For I yearn for your warming touch
When you were beside me
Near or far
I want to be with you
Rather than waiting hopefully
For your return
But life was never easy
For you need to leave
And risk your life
While I prayed for you to come home safe
