Nobody cares
If I was down
Crying my heart out
Full of sorrow and pain
They said that they cared
But the truth is not
I couldn't believe
I was fooled by their pretty lies
They say if I'm alright
And that I'm alright
But I lied
Cause if I said 'I'm not' nobody cares
Body full of wounds
And scares of the past
I'm suffering
But no one seem to care
