Tsundae stood outside the door to Hospital room A-6, she slid down the side of wall beside the room and put her face in her hands. She had just finished telling Naruto and Hinata their Son's condition was critical and if his fever didn't go down he could go brain dead or even worse...she didn't want to think about the worst outcome, because it meant certain Death.
Naruto walked out of the room that held his son, who was in acoma. Tsundae looked up at him, her eyes streaked with tears running down her soft red cheeks.
"Granny Tsundae..." Naruto said softly, he hadn't used his nickname for her in a long time...so he must be feeling uneasy. Tsundae thought.
"Yes Naruto?" Tsundae asked calmly and with care. Her voice was thick with tears and grief.
"Promise me...Promise me you won't let my Son Die." Naruto says with a shaky voice.
Tsundae opened her mouth to speak but closed it again, shout for a moment then spoke to the blonde Hokage.
