After that meeting with Amadeus, you were relieved that he chose to send letters instead of directly visiting due to how busy he was that he even didn't even have enough to see you. It was blessing for you honestly, since now you didn't have to deal with interacting with him and fumble your way in, you didn't want to risk him being suspicious of your true identity.

You're not the real villainess, you do not have her memories, you barely managed to call the servants their names, thankfully it seems like the villainess didn't bother knowing their names either since they were called 'you' by her. You can't go on to act as if you remember childhood friendship memories with Amadeus, not when you risk ruining your plan.

Thus, you stayed home and enjoyed eating whatever dishes there is, waiting for something important that needed your participation to happen. You realized that Amadeus is a really good friend by his letters, you would really like him if not for the reason that he's one of the people who turned his back to you in the future. So you tried to reply in moderation.

You passed by Hezekiah who walked by, you gave him a smile and he only returned it with a glance, busy with his work around the castle. Your eyes looked at the meter on top his head, - 60%. That's right he hated you more than before, not that you mind, his negative meter means you're going to the right path. He sure is good at concealing his hate to you, he's a bit civil, as civil as he can go. Well, that's because he is your fiancé, that is why he's tolerating you.

You hummed the moment he turned the corner, your eyes met one last time before he went out of the sight and you could've sworn his negative meter went lower once again. Not that you care, you went your way to the gardens to relax yourself. Recently you've been staying at the pavilion in the south west garden, known as the garden dedicated for the fiancées of the heirs in the family.

The villainess had a hobby that wasn't mentioned in the novel, you just discovered it when you saw that there was a lot of knitted and embroidered things in one of her cabinets, hidden behind the rack of dresses. She's talented, that's all you could say, that's why you decided to do her hobby outside her room, it's getting stuffy in there no matter how spacious it was. Getting cooped in a room for so long without your digital books and phone was boring so you decided to explore and get some fresh air.

Thus it had taken you to your comfort place, the gardens where the fresh air was abundant, enough to relax your tense muscles of being alert in all times, there's no Hezekiah nor Amadeus to bug you or watch you. Just you and your tools that your body was already accustomed to. You had grown a knack on embroidering whatever you see, spanning to trees on the corner of the fabric, to full on Bob Ross paintings to the whole thing, it was easy since the villainess' body, the one you now occupy, seems to know what it do. It's like muscle memory once again, just that it also reached the deep part of your brain.

The villainess was this skilled. So you grew to enjoy what you're doing, since you don't have to struggle.

There, alone after asking (not really) the servants to leave you on your own devices, you sat on the Pavilion's comfy chair and took a deep breath, wincing when you can't fully breath with the tight corset, you'll have to do something with it soon. And so, with the materials you bought along with you, you started to embroider whatever came to mind. Looking around for inspiration, your eyes landed on the insignia of the Duke that's carved on top of the pillars in the pavilion, just where the roof met the pillars. Thankfully you know what colors should go in and that you have the color of threads to use. It was simple enough, for those who have embroidered for a long time.

You started putting the Red colored thread on the needle's hole, it sucks because your hand is kind of shaking but you got it in anyways. However as you were about to sink the needle, a voice called out for you.
