well, this is the second book i'd read on shri krishna.
it is simple, but not as simple as you'd expect it to be.
it's mostly written in oldey english, and may be, there'd be some difficulty in catching up with some words.
it discribes our beloved krishna's life from his divine advent to his vaikuntha gamanam..
i'd read it in 3 voleums, the first 1 comprising of his vrindavan lila, the second one comprising his mathura lila, and the 3rd one comprising of his dwaraka lila.
it is nice but english ...
its a bit tough for those who does not know english well enough.
i've read the english version, so🙂
though, i must admit that my devotion to my beloved narayana only increased after i'd finished reading this.
