Dawn met with the police in the Pokémon Center and was suprised when she saw Ash's pokemon, mom, Brock, professor oak, and someone wearing a witch outfit.

"What's going on?" Dawn asked as the police asked her to let her Pokémon out of their pokeballs.

"Pi? (Guys? What are you doing here?)" Spark said, seeing them and being happy, only to flinch and curl into Pachirisu when she remembered how the others reacted when she told them she was Ash. Dawn spent a lot of time helping Spark and Pachirisu after they were insulted by the other pokemon.

Pachirisu noticed that everyone else was looking at Spark while holding themselves back not to overwhelm her, as the police had suggested.

"We found out what happened to Ash Ketchum." The Officer Jenny in charge informed Dawn, who stared at her with wide eyes.

Dawn's eyes widened in shock. "R-Really!" Dawn said, feeling excited. "Where is he!"

"Pip Piplup. Lup Pip. (And thus her lie is about to be completely broken)" Piplup muttered to Buneary, Ambipom, and Mamoswine, who all smirked at the thought of Spark's lie being exposed to the police.

"Ash's Pokémon thought Team Rocket were the ones to kidnap Ash due to how often they were kidnapped, and so attacked the bases shutting down Team Rocket for good."

Complete and utter silence fell upon the room after the lead officer had finished speaking.

"Wait, they did what?!" Both Mrs. Ketchum and Professor Oak yelled in shock while turning to face Pikachu and Ash's other Pokémon.

"You guys caused all that chaos throughout both in town and in the Team Rocket bases?" Dawn echoed their confusion and surprise.

Pikachu smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of his neck with a paw.

"Well, I mean, I couldn't say that they didn't have it coming to them." Lily muttered aloud with a small laugh and a stained smile. "I'm not wrong in saying that, am I?"

The others all shook their heads and each of the humans in the room gave their own reasons for why they hated Team Rocket.

It took a few more moments before everyone had calmed down enough for Officer Jenny to continue speaking.

"Anyway, while in the final base, they found this Pokémon witch, and two videos made by two team rocket grunts and a talking Meowth that were the only ones to escape. The videos show what happened." Officer Jenny said before playing the first video.

Silence fell on the group once again and this time, it was Mrs. Ketchum who spoke up in an attempt to break it.

"So, you really are my son?" She asked Spark, who nodded her head, still curled against Pachirisu.

"Pi Pika! Pikapi Pikachu. (Wow, Ash, I can't believe you became a Pikachu again. You know, you're kinda cute like that)" When Spark's face went bright red and she hid her face in her paws, Pikachu smacked himself in the head with his tail.

"Um, what just happened between the two of them?" Dawn asked, sounding very confused as she watched Spark's cheeks go a bright red and Pikachu smacking himself with his tail.

"Hmmm... they would make good mates if I do say so myself." Professor Oak muttered with a soft chuckle.

This caused Spark's face to grow even redder and Pikachu looked about ready to bolt and run in the opposite direction.

While that was going on, the other Pokémon in the room just watched the two Pikachu's with mixed reactions.

With half of the group thoroughly embarrassed, Officer Jenny decided to refocus on the original subject.

"As you can see, the spell turned Ash here into a female Pikachu, and Team Rocket captured Lily here before she could go after and turn him back." Officer Jenny said before playing the second video with the words "and this shows who captured her."

All heads snapped up and turned to face Dawn, who looked a bit uncomfortable with all on now focused on her.

"I-I um, did I do something wrong?" She asked them, wanting to know why they were all staring at her like she had two heads. "Should I not have captured Spark - I-I mean - Ash?" She wasn't sure what to call her - or was it him? Dawn decided to think on that one later and refocused her gaze upon the the police officers .

Professor Oak shook his head and spoke up. "You did nothing wrong, my girl. I would much rather have it be you that caught Ash instead of it being someone like Team Rocket." He noticed that both Ash's Pokémon and Mrs. Ketchum were all nodding their heads in agreement.

After another moment of nothing being said, Spark slowly walked up to her mother, who picked her up and began to pet her.

Spark made a soft purring sound and curled her tail around her mother's hand. Pikachu smiled at the hear-felt family moment and hopped up onto Mrs. Ketchum's shoulder.

After giving the group a little bit more time to calm themselves down, and seeing Mrs. Ketchum had grabbed Spark and was petting her with Pikachu in her lap Dawn spoke up.

"Wait... If Ash is actually Spark, then why do they hate her, I mean him so much?" Dawn asked before seeing their confused looks and explaining. "There have been several times where Piplup, Ambipom, and Buneary have insulted Spark, tried to hide her pokeball so she is abandoned and one instance where they beat up her, and Pachirisu who was protecting her to the point the two of them needed emergency medical attention or they would have died."

The three Pokémon in question all felt a shiver go down each of their spines at the many glares sent their way by both groups.

"Pi Pi Pikachu! Pi Pika Pikapi! (HOW DARE YOU!)" Pikachu snarled, leaping off of Mrs. Ketchum's shoulder, his cheeks sparking with electricity as he launched a massive Thunderbolt.

From the sidelines, Spark just sat on her mother's lap, watching her ever-so loyal partner and best friend shock the living daylights out of Ambipom, Piplup, Buneary, and even Mamoswine, who had never really attacked her ot got involved in the fighting.

"Pi Pika! Pi Pikachu Pi! Pikachu Pika. (Pikachu, stop! I get that you're angry at them for hurting me, but if you don't stop shocking them like this, you might accidentally kill them.)" Spark shouted out to him.

At hearing Spark call out to him, Pikachu hauled his attack and ran over to her, his eyes shining with sorrow as he looked at the damage he had done in his rage-filled state of mind.

After taking Piplup, Buneary, Ambipom, (And a Mamoswine, who learned trying to protect a water type from Pikachu's electric attacks with their body is a stupid idea since being ground type doesn't protect against Pikachu's electric type attacks) to the Pokémon Center for healing from the very angry Pokémon, they finally calmed down after a while and talked about changing Ash back.

"I'll have to do it tomorrow," Lily told them with a tired sigh. "The counter potion has to be brewed in sunlight and it's already dark. But once I start working on it, it will only take an hour."

"Thank you so much for all of your help, Lily." Dawn said before going to pick up her Pokémon and pausing when Spark and Pachirisu climbed on her shoulders and rubbed her cheeks.

"I think they want to stay with you since it's Ash's last night as a Pokémon on your team." Mrs. Ketchum said with a warm smile crossing over her face. "Go on, dear. Get some rest, you look absolutely drained. And don't worry, I know you'll take good care of Spark."

With a returning smile of her own forming on her face, Dawn nodded her head in thanks and went to sleep - with Pikachu coming along to keep an eye on Piplup, Buneary, and Ambipom.
