so far I have none, however here is a new book. the first chapter is probably going to be, well you know shit however bare with me. it has been quite a while ever since I wrote something so I am getting there and mainly because my exams literally just had me helpless for a while so yeah, this is just a warm up.

If there are any typos available I will be sure to edit them in the morning, I promise.

other than that

enjoy this awkward bubble of words.

love you.

High school is very complicated but once everything is over, the lessons, memories and everything-good and bad add up and you begin to realise things that matter and things that do not matter.

I am in college now. Far away from my parents, family, friends, boyfriend-home. I am in a new environment and I breathe deeply as I realise that I have come this far and I need to make my two years in college worth the chase.

I walk towards the conference hall my college had just in time for the induction, introduction and all that. I tried smiling at people and greeting them whenever possible however my greetings were embraced with cold dead glares and serious frowns that questioned my existence in the human world. I take my seat away from the people that remind me of death every time I try to smile at them.

"Alright young adults, it is good to have you all here, some of you entirely new and some, well some of you are already used to the system." The voice rang through the hall with so much authority. "I want you to go through the rules booklet that you will receive tomorrow, there will be no sex, no drugs and nothing that does not make sense. Dress according to the dressing code, we shall not tolerate things that involve too much exposure unless this includes the uniform swimwear. Classes begin from 6:30am to 10pm depending on your timetable. You are NOT allowed to ditch class, sleep in class or arrive late or leave before class starts. Activities held within and outside the campus are compulsory, you miss that and you will be punished severely."

Murmurs fill the hall as some people mutter to themselves, "ANY QUESTIONS?"

I raise my hand with uncertainty, "YES MS. SPARK"

"I-I was just wondering, when do we get to sign up for extra curriculum activities, I-I don't know like clubs perhaps?"

I sink in my chair and bury my face with my left hand mentally blocking everyone mocking me. What a great way to start my first day. Avril Spark is not even my real name, my dad said using Avril will help me to learn how to choose my friends wisely and it help me cover my personal life mainly because not everyone needs to know what you are doing or where you are from. After the ceremony ended, the hall was empty in a minute, I sit still on my chair, I stare into space, and my blank thoughts get knocked by my phone's vibration. I vividly see my dad's name on the lock screen and pick up.

'Military based? Really?'

'If I had told you, you would have run away.'

'Yeah whatever you always have something to say to cover the dirt.'

'But Annabelle,'

I hang up and switch off my phone. I wend my way out of the conference hall and head to my assigned room. Why would I be sent to a military school? I was never a druggie, I am not one now and I have always listened to my parents. I find my bags by the door all lined up and I begin to wonder if I still want to give this a try, maybe I could just leave, it is not like they will stop me from leaving. I hear the door open and three other girls stood in front of me all looking at me with confused but warm expressions.
