Annabelle's POV:

I watch Alice and the rest walk towards Xhavier. I signal them to stop. Matt has no heart but it looks like his daddy do not know of this, in addition this whole situation, James doesn't want a war he cannot win. He lost his powers, whatever he is using at the moment will run out.

"We are not attacking anyone," I announce. "If James wants his son's heart, then who are we stop him?" I smile.

"She's right, let my father's journey be of much importance, old man must have gone through perplexing hell." Matt walks up to his father, "Whatever happens after this my dear father is none of my fault." he kneels in front of him.

"You are too facile," he sticks his hand in his chest,then looks up to me.

"What is wrong James? Cat caught your tongue?"

"Where is his heart?"

"Ask him, he is your son, not mine."

"You see father," Matt gets up, "You were an excellent teacher, I have learned to live without my heart and you should be grateful." Xhavier looks at Tess with a confused expression on his face.

"This is not the war we are supposed to fight, this is not even half of what is lies ahead of us." Claudia speaks, I know her, I know who she is. I know everything, that's what Belmairis are for. I may not have any physical abilities like to zap people and breathe fire but I know things, things that could end wars and build a new generation. "The humans have spotted a few of the supernatural creatures and now they've put a few countries on lockdown, our people need us."

"She is right, we have our friends and families out there and engaging in battles amongst each other is a waste of time. " I turn to Claudia and smile. "We do not have much time left, the president has ordered a search, the scientists will find them and if we keep arguing, so many people will die."

"Why save them?" Alice asks.

"Because out of all the people, we are the ones that know we are not monsters. We need to bring them to safety." I sigh, "They will run their DNAs and they will shoot any anti-human. The bullets will contain HT44, when the bullets get inside your system, they dissolve attacking every fluid, tissue and fibre in the body. Once they know how to distinguish humans from the gifted, they will formulate a gas that will attack our systems and cause an immediate death. We cannot fight science but we can fight those in charge of this mission."

"This means killing the president" Olivia speaks out.

"If he can kill our kind, we can kill him too." Claudia replies.

"What do we do with them?" Tina points at James.

"James will go to the dungeon, Tess will resume to her duties." Matt smiles. "Annabelle decides on this one." he laughs as he walks away.

"What are you waiting for?" Nathan walks up to me, "Kill me already."

"That means I'd have to add the brother on my list."

"Fuck you!"

"I'd fuck me to." I smile. "I won't kill you Nathan, at least not today. You know things, we love information."

"You are nothing but a pussy."

"At least I have nine lives, I do not know how many lives you have." I laugh, "It sucks yeah? You went through so much and here I am." I pull out the gun I took from Matt's chambers after I had woken up and I shoot his leg.

"You psychopathic bitch." Nathan fell to the ground, grunting in pain.

"Welcome to our team," I kiss his cheek, "Next time I will aim at your balls, each bullet for each ball."

"Fuck!"

"But it shouldn't hurt, I do not believe you have any balls." I walk away from him and join my friends.

"You alright?" Cathan asks as he holds my hands

"I am fine." I smile and he kisses me, yaay. I hear Claudia clear her throat and break away from Cathan. "This is Cathan, my boyfriend." I turn to Matt, "Cathan this is Matt; my mentor."
