"One of the boys inside got hurt!" Tess came up to me, worried. "I am talking about possessed hurt." She flashes her eyes at me, so much concern in her eyes.
"Then take care of it." I shrug.
"You'd rather look for that girl than help?" Tess crosses her hands across her chest squishing her stuff, "You should know better."
"You can summon demons too sister," I grin, "You are not going to tell me what to do Tess, not tonight, okay?"
"You disgust me." she spits.
"The feeling is mutual." I smile, she stomps her feet as she walks away.
"Claudia, who is Cathan?" I ask as we walk back to my chambers,
"My brother." She replies with a dead, low voice. "He is up to no good."
"He could be misunderstood."
"He is Cathan, his name is a misunderstanding but him, as an individual is more than an open book."
"Okay, the real deal." I open the door, she and I walk in, "Herban vitae."
"You need to tell your sister you are going to the land of the prisoners, the forbidden land."
"Is that a must?"
"It's not a must, but it is called respect. You two will share the same blood and for as long as you live, you shall recognise her and cherish her."
"Someday I will have to kill her, if she takes father's path."
"Someday is not a day of the week" Claudia turns into her normal form, "I shall not take you for I will have to remain and deal with my brother. You will find me here and we shall enter Xhena together."
"Okay, let me go say goodbye to Tess."
"Sure."
Annabelle's POV:
I wake up from the dream, I pull Harris closer to me and I hug him tight, I cannot countenance the fact that Craig is gone maybe what we had-him and I, was never meant to be, or maybe Cathan killed him. I let Harris go, cover him and get out of bed.
