Theo sat at a table with Judith, Carl, Nila, and Apollo. Both older boys decided to keep Carl and Nila company. They were playing uno to pass the time. After a very chaotic past couple weeks it was calm. To calm that they didn't know what to do with themselves.
Nila placed down a plus four and Apollo groaned loudly snatching the deck to grab his cards. "I hate uno" Apollo scoffed.
Nila rolled her eyes grabbing the remainder of the deck back from Apollo and placing it down. "Why? Cause you always lose?" Nila asked uninterested.
None of them were really that into the game. Just bored and exhausted.
"I don't ALWAYS lose" Apollo shrugged.
"Yes you do" Carl and Theo chimed in.
Apollo sucked his teeth standing up abruptly making everyone look up. "I'm done! I forfeit so technically I don't lose!" Apollo smiled.
"Forfeiting is losing. You just took the easy route" Carl smiled back and Apollo narrowed his eyes flipping them off.
"Im gonna go read my very entertaining comics!" Apollo exclaimed. "Theo let's go!" Apollo demanded before storming off.
